Totally unprofessional and I will never be back to this location and I hope none of you ever go back.
At around 6pm on October 1st 2025 I will into a stall, push the button the whole thing shakes like its gonna fall off.
I order my first drink just fine.
Try to order the second drink a simple RT44 Sprite no Ice.
I have to tell the lady 3 times its a Sprite she kept saying all kinds of diffrent things so I raise my voice a bit so she can hear me.
She then decideds to YELL at me A SPRITE ROUTE 44 NO ICE!
I said calmly yes, It’s not my fault you can’t hear me. After that I just left because she kept screaming at me.
Instead of her having the decency to say this one isn’t working let’s try another.
Or instead of them being tested and fixed you have someone who’s willing to Yell at your customers and cost you one for life and probably many more people.

New Oreo ice cream is to die for. It is very rich and smooth at the same time. Love the ice cream and the drinks . 1/2 price shakes after dark in the summer. And they have 1/2 price drinks during happy hour. Not a big fan of the food. But the drinks and ice cream are good.

Ordered a medium double stuffed oreo blast. Paulina was very nice. Wait was super long to even place an order. The idiot two car spots down wouldn’t stop revving his obnoxious engine for a good 5-10 min. The parking area was full of trash. Majority of the oreo on the blast is at the top, middle section (as pictured) is almost bare with little specs, and the bottom 1/3 is just plain vanilla ice cream. This was not double stuffed – it was just regular Oreo blast. Looked nothing like the pictures. Not to mention that I paid more to receive pretty much just a regular Oreo blast.

Very average experience at this sonic. The food is good. They need to turn the volume up on the stalls. It’s really hard to hear them talking to you. Nice people and all. They always look closed but they are open. If you want some good food with not a long wait it’s a good place to go.

WHOEVER owns this location needs to handle business at the location!!! Poor service, and employees taking phone off the hook so their is a constant busy signal if you try and call. Very unprofessional.
I Had a door dash delivery from here. My dasher got there and they claim to have given it to someone else ..after reading reviews they tend to “say” they do that a lot. I waited 45 min for food that I never got. They wasted my dashers time, my time waiting on my order. Door dash credited me so I placed yet another order of the same thing, my dasher waited there for a long time waiting on the order and I can only pray its correct when I receive it. Someone needs to check this location and find out WHY they continue to say they gave orders to the wrong person. I use to order from here at least once or twice a week but may need to rethink this location. I own a Business myself and this is unacceptable and someone needs to make a change. As clearly the reviews show the same.
AND PLEASE don’t copy and paste the same response you do to all the negative reviews. Should be a legit response and I would probably call the number but it will probably be busy!
GOT A CHICKEN SANDWICH AND THE LETTUCE WAS DISGUSTING, I COULDNT FIND ONE GOOD PIECE.

Service from staff was very good! I removed one star for the facility – I had to speak louder than I normally would at a drive through and the quality of our speaker was not the best. It just made it a little awkward to order. Our order received was accurate and brought by friendly staff.

I visited this Sonic for breakfast. They were pretty fast when bringing the orders out. My car hop, Mark, was friendly and fast.
I ordered the #15 ultimate meat breakfast burrito. The burrito was lacking on the meat. After all, I do order it because it is called the ultimate meat, not ultimate egg. There for it should be heavy on the meat. It was on the light side containing meat. It definitely could have used more meat.
The tator tots could have been crunchier. I have eaten at plenty of Sonics to know what to expect. Their tots were a tad on the soft side.
The vanilla Dr Pepper I ordered was on point! Great amount of vanilla and not loaded with ice! Perfect when it came to my drink!
I was impressed that I didn’t even have to ask for salsa to go with my breakfast burrito because they already had it in the bag. They also included salt without me having to ask. The car hop readily had ketchup available when I asked, which is nice. I didn’t have to wait for him to take the time to go back inside and get it.
Overall, my experience here was great except for the couple of minor things I’ve listed above. I would definitely give this Sonic another try in the future!!
