I’ll start by saying that I think I would leave negative stars if possible. I honestly couldn’t believe how bad this experience was.

For one, we pulled up and ordered on our phone. A Oreo cheesecake milkshake, a mini Oreo blast, a mini M&M blast and 2 mini turtle blasts. (Before anyone automatically assumes this was because I didn’t tip, I can assure you that was NOT the case, even tipped online when ordering).

I placed the order and said I was at stall 3 at 8:45. About 10 minutes later, a car pulls into stall 4 beside us. 5 minutes after that, I see what looks like our order getting walked out. The guy hands the order to the car beside us in stall 4.

A few minutes later, he walks up to our car and says “Are y’all waiting on something?”. I told him yes. I think it may have been the order given to the car beside us a few minutes ago. He said “Well what was it?” I showed him the order on my phone.

Without saying a single word, he walks back into the restaurant. 10 minutes later, he comes out with what looks to be our order. He hands it to me and I say “Thank you so much, man.” Just to let him know it was no big deal. He again, doesn’t say a word to me. Just walks back in.

I handed the blasts to my passenger and she said “These are all Oreo blasts.” So I took the cup holder full of blasts and spoons back up and got his attention through the window.

He walked out and opened the door and when he did, I said “These are actually all Oreo blasts. We ordered one Oreo, one M&M, and two turtle. I’ll go ahead and take the Oreo.” And as I pulled the blast out and was about to grab the spoon for it, he just pulled the cup holder out of my hand and walked back in.

5 minutes later he comes out with the three missing blasts and 2 of the 3 are only 2/3 full with toppings just thrown on top.

If that weren’t enough, as my five year old daughter was eating her M&M blast on the way home, my wife noticed her reaching for something in her mouth. She was chewing on a piece of plastic that was in her blast.

Not only was the service rude and shockingly bad, the food we did receive (and by some miracle still paid for), was not even full and had a piece of plastic in it.

I felt like I was being treated like it was my fault that they gave our food away and then gave us the wrong food over the span of 40 minutes. We didn’t leave that Sonic until almost 9:30 pm.

Sonic has been a disappointment lately, and today was no different. I ordered a Route 44 Ocean Water , expecting that refreshing burst of coconut flavor , but it was practically nonexistent! It just tasted like watered-down syrup, and it completely missed the mark. ❌

Sadly, this isn’t just a one-time thing—it’s a pattern. This Sonic location, like so many others, just doesn’t seem to care about quality anymore. Whether it’s drinks that aren’t mixed right , food that’s off ❌, or just overall poor service, it feels like nobody puts in any effort. The inconsistency is unreal—honestly, about 75-90% of the time, something is wrong.

At this point, I don’t have high hopes. Maybe one day Sonic will step up their game, but right now, it’s just not worth the stop.

Waited 20 mins after ordering at stall we pressed button again and they said they erased our order since they thought we left. Food came out and was missing 2 small fries, when we asked they said “see its not on receipt” and left. We never reordered them or had any confrontation afterwards.
We got a blast and it tasted so salty we thought it was just us until we opened the bag and found 5 opened and used salt packs.
Total was $36 and we only got some of our items
Never coming here again.

This location is a waist of time! Their night shift manager Jade and the server Brooke were very unprofessional. I asked for fresh tots and corn dogs and instantly received eye rolls and rudeness from the very beginning. Then Brooke brought my food to my car knowing that the corn dogs were soggy and tots were old. All they did was bag up old food! I turned around and asked for an manager and JADE came out rude as ever she felt like there wasn’t anything wrong with the food. I showed her the old food and Her response was that she would eat it! I politely asked for a refund I didn’t want to escalate the issue any further. Jade and Brooke are rude and privileged! It’s shows with the attitude, They looked out the window and seen that I was a black woman that was asking for too much for them. Don’t come to this location drive somewhere else.

It has taken me a while to write this review as most of the people who work at this location are great. Infact, one woman who works in the mornings is always such a sweetheart to my grandmother when she comes through. That being said, a few a months ago a woman was hired who has done nothing but slow the place down. She seems to mostly work the night shift and we always dread when she is the one to bring out our order because she always takes forever, sometimes close to half an hour even when it is not crowded and all we got was drinks. Many times she has even brought our order to the wrong car. I would have let it slide if it only happened once but she is starting to bring our order to the wrong person more often than she brings it to us! I am a major proponent of giving grace to service industry workers but this is getting ridiculous.

Don’t go to this sonic. Order was totally wrong. They told us their ice-cream blast machine broke and gave us a shake which was nasty. The drink we got was also completely wrong. They just gave us a shake and no refund. Don’t go to this sonic. Ruined my night COMPLETELY. I would’ve just gone to a McDonald’s at this point. Please fix your machine.

The old lady who brought us our food was so sweet and understanding but the lady who took our order on the headsets on the other hand was extremely disrespectful and had an attitude while we were trying to solve our problem. She was the one who made the mistake and gave us our food wrong yet she had an attitude with US making it seem like we were the problem. I can’t imagine how she gets with bigger problems if that’s how she reacted with us as the customers. I will 100% not be returning to that place and I really hope she learns how to get her act together because that is her job and I think she may have forgotten that.

There is this sweet Carhop Ms. Regina that keep me coming back. She is wonderful and makes my long work day so much better. I stopped by once which I never do and kept coming just for her. Other sonics just don’t compare.

Excessive ice! Ordered a large lemonade with regular ice — got a cup full to the top of ice and probably a small size worth of lemonade. Many stalls not functional. They also only brought 3 out of the 6 drinks I ordered. Took well over 30 mins just for 6 drinks— no crazy combos. They also don’t answer the red button.

I’m still sitting in my car waiting on my food it’s suppose to be out at 9:24pm here it is 9:49pm nobody answering my red button I pressed it don’t take that long to cook cheese sticks and to make a cup of ice here it is 9:50 p.m. they have one 1 lady serving people nobody trying to help her plenty of people inside I will not be returning here and I will be reaching out to corporate this is unacceptable
