Disgusting, old, moldy, food was served. This place should be shut down, no quality control. The manager asked me to bring the food back for a refund after i had already sent photos to customer service that they sent him . The food was already in the trash. Sonic should be ashamed of this store. I ordered a burger and it looked like i was served a fried air hockey puck. As soon as i bit in , the patty crunched and crumbled, i spit it ou asap and threw it away. the workers cant even get an order right. I ordered 2 items both i asked for no tomatoes. Both had moldy tomatoes.

I usually go to Sonic because I can customize my drink exactly how I want it. My go-to is a Diet Dr Pepper with vanilla and lime—a very specific request, but not a complicated one. Somehow, this location has never managed to get it right. Not once. Tonight was no different.

Management, feel free to pull the cameras and see exactly who was working, because the level of carelessness was absolute.
I left the stall quickly and headed straight onto the highway that’s just a couple minutes away. By the time I tasted my drink, it was already too late to turn around—not that I should have to double-check something this basic every single time. And of course, they once again left out the vanilla and lime completely. It was just a plain Diet Dr Pepper… the one thing I didn’t order.
And the food? Somehow even worse.
Pretzel: no cheese
Tots: no ketchup
Cheeseburger: no cheese
It’s genuinely impressive how many ways one location can mess up a simple order. It’s not bad luck—it’s a pattern. A reflection of a staff that has zero pride, zero urgency, and zero attention to detail.
This place is clearly run by employees who don’t care whether the customer gets what they paid for. If you want competent service or even basic accuracy, avoid this Sonic at all costs. There’s another Sonic on Camp Wisdom surrounded by Cane’s, Wendy’s, Chick-fil-A, and McDonald’s—businesses that at least understand the bare minimum of customer service.
If you value your time, money, or patience, go literally anywhere else. This location has earned every part of this review.

I wish I could post pictures, unfortunately I can’t figure out how. The manager was super nice and helpful. But didn’t take away from the fact that our food was absolutely disgusting and uneditable. The bacon was burnt , not edible so we had them remake it waited about 10 minutes just to have some more burnt, hard, non edible bacon be delivered. The chili was black definitely disgusting to where you wouldn’t eat it. The manager was helpful She did give me a refund and offered to remake my food the first time that we waited for the bacon. And when I showed her the burnt bacon the second time she said she would go back there and make the bacon herself which by that point we had been at Sonic for 30 minutes and most of that time was just waiting on bacon. Do better!!! People spend money to go out and eat to make their day easier. Coach your staff to do better.

Had an order pick up that sent I sent someone else to pick up, and the lovely lady on the other end thought it’d be smart to tell me she could manually do it since I was unable to check in due to the location and that the person I sent should have clicked the button to check in, which they did, and still waited for 20 minutes until I called questioning what was taking so long. Do better!

I place a mobile order but It went through on my end but I guess sonic system didn’t allow it which I had no clue I waited and KYLE came to my vehicle ask if I order popcorn chicken I said I’m waiting on my mobile order he said no sir theres no mobile orders we are about to close… he was very polite and I loved the way he controlled the situation because I was hangry but thanks KYLE.. FASTFOODS NEED MORE LIKE KYLE.. THANK YOU SIR.. I HOPE YOU ARE ABLE TO ADVANCE IN A HIGHER POSITION

Exceptionally slow and half the order came out wrong. I’ve come twice this week and each time the employee is very confused when I tell them that a certain item was not ordered by me. They go back inside and eventually bring out the right thing…eventually.

When I ordered my food my onion rings came back cold did not wanna be rude I asked the service to give me hot onion rings when I finished my sandwich then I had to wait for my onion rings so did not get to eat onion rings with my sandwich had a sink Chicken Sandwich So it makes no sense when you have a sandwich but you don’t have your other side order bad service bad food
