I order snacks and drinks when I’m running errands. Been using the app for years. After the new app, they quit giving us 50% off on my normal drink orders. Last week I ordered breakfast burritos. They were horrible. Tasted like old eggs and bacon. Service is going downhill at this location. Cedar Hill.

So yeah it was kinda busy but to choke up when you get a curve ball? Breakfast burrito. TOOK WAY TOO LONG. Already got the gridle top hot. Sausage was some kind of preformed bitebites, heat it up. Tatertots, during lunch they got to holding in the basket, frying up or heading out to a bar. Cheeze, also holding in prep container. Egg, crack it, scramble it, lay it all out in a tortilla, send it out the door. Eesy-peazy. And here ya go. Egg was a over cooked burnt mess, not the fluffy egg description you’ll see on the menu. No onoin, no peppers didn’t even bring out salsa after asking twice. Cookie was at least kind enough to at least flip that burned up piece of egg in there so i would get what i had paid for.
Sent it back and told them this not acceptable.

We ordered the fish sandwich, onion rings and a zero sprite with diet cherry. The fish sandwich was good but they do not have tartar sauce. Big let down for me! If there was tartar sauce, then I would have given 5 stars over all. Then the carhop was complaining about everyone waiting for a long time and having a bad day. I missed when she said this but my husband heard her.

Bell hop that brought me my food was exceptional. Very polite and courteous. Food was spot-on and enjoyed the burger ordered. Price wasn’t too bad either

Asked for no salt on burger & fries, cause sonic always over salts. Was told they do not salts the burger, meat is already salted. Fries was way way too salted. Yuk. Tried using a paper towel. Hope to rub/ shake off the extra salt. Ate 4 fries. Will go elsewhere for burger & fries, 99% of time,v I cook at home. Hand was hurting too bad to cook. Besides Sonic should not be serving preseason hamburger patties.

Everytime I pass by this Sonic, they’re busy! It took a bit before the employee took my order. That’s ok. They were slammed. I bought a Grilled Cheese sandwich, ice tea and onion rings. The other location cuts the sandwich in half and lays about three onion rings on top of the sandwich. This location didn’t. The girl still put several mints in my bag. I appreciate that. 🙂

I came back today to give Sonic in Denison a second chance after waiting over 15 minutes for nobody to take my order yesterday. I arrived, ordered immediately and didn’t have to wait long for my meal. The meal itself didn’t taste fresh and half of the tots were crumbled and messy. Some days are better than others, but I will not be coming back.
