My son likes me to bring him food from sonic to school for lunch & I always arrive to this location 35-40 mins before I take him lunch because of how long it takes for y’all to bring the food out. I have been late to take him lunch multiple times due to the wait. It’s sonic. It’s a drive in. It’s FAST food service. Ive been served quicker at a sit down restaurant before many times. What is the issue???? Why when I pressed the red button today when I went I just watched the employees walk around inside and never come on the speaker. I ended up having to leave so I could go somewhere else just so I could be on time to my son’s school for lunch. This is ridiculous. Do better!!!!!

Horrible experience, went to do this review and saw tons of 1 Stars recently so guess I’m not alone. Anyway, got there for my online order and got everything but my fries in a reasonable time. Waited 20 minutes for fries, then they asked for a receipt to prove I ordered fries (for an online prepaid order). Waited another 5, got it finally, mentioned my food was cold and they did nothing. Car hop was fine and seemed overworked, so not her fault. Wasted my time at Sonic, wasted my time writing this review, and going to further waste my time emailing corporate since these recent reviews should probably be noted by someone who is not sending a bitly link in response to these other negative reviews.

Went to the sonic on Hebron and watched the employee with a beanie and a piercing on their face eating the food as it was coming out into the heating area. They tried to turn the other direction so I wouldn’t see them put it in their mouth. But then turned around and continued to chew. After that they didn’t wash their hands. Making drinks preparing food while on the phone. This is so disgusting and will not be returning to this location. Managers should know better and learn to do better. Their employees are watching and I’m sure they all do this. Just disgusting!

I usually go to the one off Midway but we were on a time crunch. I’ve been here before but they always get our order messed up in some way even just ordering drinks. Well, they did it again. The tea was bad and sour, undrinkable. I love Sonic but this Sonic has consistently been bad. The employees are so slow and don’t seem to care. I suggest management gets with the management from Sonic Midway. They have it down. I do not recommend this Sonic. Do better.

Great stop on my late night drives after volleyball practice. Easy in and out. Very safe. The food is consistent and the service is great. I actually will choose to wait 15 minutes and get to this spot than the spot in mckinney which is along the route home.

To be honest, I used to love coming to this Sonic. Been coming here for years, always enjoyed the service and the people. But ever since that Dionne Murphy took over, it’s gone straight downhill. Every single time I try to get a simple cup of coffee, it takes 15 minutes or more! Meanwhile, she’s just standing around doing nothing. I don’t know what happened to good work ethic, but it sure disappeared with her in charge. If the store got rid of her, maybe it would finally go back to being the Sonic we all used to love.

Usually love this sonic but i ordered 4 drinks and they handed me them seperatly then handed me a flat drink carrier to build myself, which i dont know how bc i don’t work for sonic. Then they tried to charge me for cheese sauce that i already ordered and then never brought it out. Really disappointed and will probably just go to a different one from now on ♀️ no

I used to come here all the time for drinks. But it seems that just a few months ago, it’s been taking 20+ minutes to get just a couple of drinks. I noticed that there’s ever only 1 car hop running drinks per shift at any point of the day I stop by nowadays. That’s just simply not enough hands.
Also, stop scanning orders if you’re not actually going to take them out. I know you’re trying to artificially bring down tray times, but it’s very misleading when the screen says you’re on your way when I actually have to wait another 20 minutes.
And now I have to check in on you, nearly everytime, to get 2 drinks.
Seems that there’s been a new operator recently, and they’ve really screwed things up here.

I’d give zero stars if I could, I placed a mobile order, waited over 30 mins. To be given half my order and when we told her a drink was missing prior to looking in the bag she goes and gets a different drink (then what I had just told her I needed.) I then said what was missing and was met with sighs and eye rolls. You chose to work there not me
When I asked if I would get the rest of my order I got more sighs so I told her to cancel it since I’d already been waiting 30 mins. She then added “come back Thursday with your receipt for a free meal.”
Weird i’d have to wait a few days to get something when I just wanted the things I had already paid for.
Definitely won’t be coming back for quite awhile.

I waited for 20 minutes to get my order taken before leaving. They were not busy. Looked like only one person was working. Poor girl looked stressed. I was disappointed by their service because it’s never been bad before but it was not her fault.
