everything was perfect! The burrito was very thick and not greasy like at most sonics, the onion rings were drained properly and were super crispy, with perfectly soft onions on the inside. The BLT was the best I’ve ever had from any Sonic! The bacon was cooked perfectly, and the bread wasn’t overcooked. 10/10!

My experience with visiting Sonic drive thru of Heavener, OK was horrendous. I’ve passed through this area a few times in driving career, and every time I’ve had bad experiences. The food is never fresh. It always seems as though the grease hasn’t been changed out in months. It should not matter whether you (customer) spend your money with a Sonic or a Panera. The service and level of food quality should about to the same level, especially due to the fact someone’s money is spending at your (owner) place of business. Owners and management has to to better. The level of expectations should be higher regardless of where you are spending money. NO ONE WANTS TO BE FED GARBAGE, so why do it to your customers.

So I placed an order for the 5 piece tender meal. Got a slushie to drink with that. For starters, it looked like it was going to be filling until I pull the piece if Texas toast out and this is what I’m left with. The cup of ranch they put in there is in my trash because it looked like it was boiled. When placed through the app, I should be receiving hot food, not food that y’all forgot to take out. THEN!!!!! The lady that brought out my food out stomped away and starting to complain about me not tipping her. Which I know is wrong but waiting 15 minutes AFTER it was supposed to be brought out, this is ridiculous.

I had to push the button 4 times timing out each time. They finally took our order 2 ice creams. 4 other cars that came in after us and not app orders we heard them order. They got their orders and left we still hadn’t received our order after 20 minutes. The on the way had been off for ten minutes. That is ridiculous. Can’t give less than 1 star for service even though I didn’t get any service. You all should be fired.

Thee worst up to date food I’ve ever tasted. I ordered 5 piece chicken tenders. They were so burnt and hard that if you threw them at a window they would shatter the whole window. When I threw them on the floor to show Hubby and daughter just how hard they were it sounded like I threw a brick on our floor. Chicken strips are brown in color mine were almost black in color. Our tots were soggy and undercooked. The water lines were messed up so they offered us soda from cans or bottles, they were so flat we poured them out. I asked for fruit cherries in my drink, received none. Rude person who took our order in drive through. When I told people about it their question was, ” The Sonic in Heavener, Ok” when we said yes, they said right there was your problem to begin with.

I come here everyday 1-2 times a day! I order on the sonic app for the happy hour drinks. They always have a smile on their face and they are always very nice. Every now and then they will make a mistake but they always fix that mistake by replacing my drink for me! Sometimes you just can’t make some people happy but I think yall are great!

Good food and usually good service. Don’t go if you don’t have time to wait. We waited 45 minutes once for a few burgers. Regular wait is usually 10-20 minutes at a stall. We also went through the drive through not long ago, someone cut into line pulled up to the window, they took their order and we had to wait until they were done serving the man for the guy to take our order at the speaker, which was rude if nothing else.
