Me and my boy friend haven’t been to the sonic in pocola oklahoma in a while. Highly recommend. We ordered 2 vanilla dr. peppers 1 with extra vanilla and one with easy vanilla and they WROTE on the cups for easy differentiation AND actually did it CORRECTLY. It was a phenomenal experience and greatly appreciated the service!

Me and my daughter came to get ice cream tonight and the service was horrible. I waited 15 minutes for two Oreo blast and there was only one other car there. The lady who brought me my order was rude and didn’t even say one word to me the entire time giving me my order. Plus once we finally got our ice cream the Oreos in the blast were stale and tasted awful so I ended up just throwing it away anyway . Very disappointed

The Sonic at Pocola use to be one of the best Sonics anywhere around, but that has drastically changed! I don’t know if it’s new management or what but it takes forever to get waited on, too often they don’t have what you want and the food is usually cold by the time you get it. You can look through the reviews and tell something needs to be done to improve this Sonic. Nobody should have that many 1 star reviews.

The food is not cooked the same every day. It depends on who is making the food, i guess. Also, your food is brought out to you way too fast to be fresh. Dose not taste fresh neather. Half the stals are busted. In reason this sonic is in business because they are the only fast food restaurant in pocola.

it took over 20 minutes for fries, and a drink, the fries were cold and the slush was melted. if they came out fresh I would not be upset but over 20 minutes for cold fries is terrible.

I gave one star because I had to leave one to leave a review. Our experience as citizens of Pocola is it’s the worst sonic anywhere. When we want sonic we drive all the way to Fort Smith to get our food. I will sometimes get a cherry limeade slush, but often it’s wrong but like someone in another review commented, I believe they only stay in business for convenience and nothing else nearby.

This was my first time at a sonic. It was okay. Fries were greasy but hot and well seasoned. Almost seemed re-fried. There were a lot of onion skins left on on my burger, I had to pick them all out , that was disappointing. Soda was kind of watered down tasted more like diet. I probably won’t go back but in a pinch it’s okay.

Sonic is just one of those places that every time you think they’ve got their jobs figured out, they fire the whole crew and hire a bunch of kids who are still in high school. So one day you’ll go, you order, your order is wrong somehow, you send it back, and you finally get the right order after a brief 20-30 minute wait so you can leave. Then, two weeks later, you’ll go back to see that everything will be running almost perfectly. You’ll get your order within 10 minutes, everything will be just right, and you’ll leave, one satisfied customer. Then, you’ll go back two days after that, and suddenly, it’s an all new crew, which resets the cycle back to one.
I’m not sure if they do this on purpose or not, but something has got to give. On the days when it all runs so smoothly, it’s one of my favorite places to grab a burger, fries, and fresh cherry limeade. You won’t find a better spot. However, when it’s not so good, it’s really not so good. Maybe the problem is the management, or maybe it’s just the employees, but whatever it is, I wish they’d figure it out.
Hopefully, after all that, I haven’t discouraged you from going and giving it a try for yourselves. The drinks are almost always good in spite of whether everything else is or not. So it’s always worth it to drop by and quench your thirst with one of their signature drink combinations. My favorites are definitely the cherry limeade and the frozen lemonade. Also, make sure to check out their app. All drinks are always half off the menu price when you order on the app. Otherwise, happy hour is from 2pm-4pm daily for half priced drinks when ordered in person.

Missing items from curbside order. Didn’t notice until I was already home. With fast food being so expensive these days, it would be nice if you could at least ensure we get what we pay for.
