Lately they are taking forever to take my order, the whole place was full, I was really annoyed, I tried to be reasonable, but I saw through their window they had a bunch of people in there. This was ridiculous. They also got my order wrong.

The service has gone down quite a bit in the past few years. There is only a few good workers left there and if they aren’t on shift, good luck getting your order right, or at all. Two days ago I stopped to get a cup of ice. There was only 2 other vehicles there. Over 5 minutes later I gave up and left.

Ultimate meat n cheese breakfast burrito…one tot with a little flick of cheese in the complete right half and it looked like a wadded dish rag wifes was just as bad..this place always disappoints…sad because the prices are fairly high for fast food….last time i went they forgot bacon on bacon cb…drove 6 miles back and all they did was take the burger back cook the bacon n add it on and bring it back out….so we all ended up eating cold food..they need a visit from corp….complete garbage

The food is awesome, as long as its fresh. The service leaves something to be desired as even when i leave a tip the carhops cant be bothered to say a simple “thank you” out of common courtesy. Thats to be expected when they hire anyone, even from the local high school. If you want fresh food be prepared to specifically ask, if it isnt during lunch or dinner rush. Always be prepared for a long wait. One time i ordered a medium chocolate milkshake with nobody else at the store, only for them to take over 40 minutes before i just drove off…
