Been there twice in two days. First day I waited over 10 min for them to take order. No one ever did, went elsewhere to eat. Second and last time, this evening. I had no wait for them to take order. I had to repeat order several times and they still could not get it right. One simple burger combo, and it was impossible to get them to understand. Left and went elsewhere to eat. Sonic, do better and teach your employees to listen to what the customer wants.

This was the worst Sonic ever. We waited for 15 minutes before we went inside. No coffee made, our bag of food was sitting in spilled jelly so they had to re-bag it. They had no creamer for the coffee. The food had no taste. Never go there again. And Sonic has been our favorite place to grab a breakfast when we are on the road. Too bad

Woman serving everyone was very nice.
They gave me a “breakfast burrito” without any breakfast in it. Was just a tortilla with some sausage in it and when I re rolled it was about as big as a cigar. Waste of money. Will not be back.

Came by at 10:40 am September 2023. Ordered on the app. My order was perfect. Hot. Delicious. All the sauces I asked for were included without asking. Never had such wonderful service at a sonic!!! I will drive from Muskogee to come here for now on!! Got me now boo

Was in line for 30 minutes for 2 drinks, fries and tots. Pushed button asked how much longer. Had to repeat order was told it would be right out. Then a man came out with pen and paper took order AGAIN the waited 10 more minutes. Never came!! We just left!

If you go here you will be either waiting forever, and/or something will be missing.
Edit: went again recently to see if anything had improved… my burger literally didn’t have the meat… How do you send a burger to the customer without the main ingredient on the burger …. This place is a joke!

Guy was friendly that brought the food. That’s it for the experience. Food was wrong and oozing mayo and mustard. I guess thats what you get when you a mustard cheeseburger these days. No onions = plenty of onions. Ididnt finish the fries or the burger. This is the worst sonic I’ve been to in years

Every time we go here the food is cold. Never in the almost 2 years living here have we had something actually hot (fresh) from here. One of the worst locations I’ve ever went to. We drive quite a ways away to avoid going here.
Oh yeah tips. The service might as well be for not with crap food. You won’t be tipped if my burger is always room temp.

We ordered 2 drinks on the app. We showed up 10 minutes later and it still took over 10 minutes to our drinks! They lost the order when they cleared it! We will be staying with Mac’s Drive In!
