You lost my business. As everyone knows, I come to Sonic twice a day to get drinks. Sometimes food. And have for quite some time. It’s obvious in the last while that, those who prepare drinks have not been given proper training. If I ask for regular ice it melts within 15 minutes and the drink is ruined having no ice. If I ask for extra ice, it’s filled to the top and you might get a few sips before it’s gone. When I say no fruit- there’s fruit. They can’t seem to get it right. When I asked the person who last served us about it, he seemed irritated and said, “We tell the drink prep people but they don’t listen”. And seemed irritated that I’d even question it. What? Kid? Do you not have any regard for customer service. It’s happened way too many times. Can’t waste my money or time there anymore… And incidentally, I’ve contacted corporate to try to resolve it. You can guess. I’ve been ignored… ♀️

Stopped to get ice cream pushed call button and waited. After 5 min the call button went off. I pushed it again and it lit back up. Waited for another 3 minutes and looked to see how busy they were and there were not to many cars there. Finally the girl came on and wanted to take my order. I asked are you real busy because I didn’t want to wait 15 minutes to get my order. The girl was pretty rude and I told her I didn’t want anything now

The order taker had a very hard time hearing me when I was trying to place my. Order because there was an employee power washing the sidewalks right near the speakers.
I’ve had friendlier car hops at other Sonics. She just didn’t appear to want to be working on a Friday morning. It took a little over 5 minutes to get my order. Ultimate meat and cheese burrito was good. I feel like I got jipped on some of my tots because the proportion definitely wasn’t full.

The sour patch drink is the BEST (its ice cream and a slushie with sour patch candy also)!! The pretzel with cheese is sooo good, as well.
