Loved my visit to China Garden Buffet! Beyond the fresh constantly refilled trays, what really stood out to us were the people. From an ethical standpoint, the team shows genuine care by greeting everyone with respect, explaining prices clearly, and check in just enough to make sure you’re happy. I watched staff patiently help with elder guests, keep the dining area spotless, and replace dishes right away when someone asked. These actions truly show integrity and pride in their work. The vibe feels inclusive and kind, like they value time and comfort of every guest. Special shoutout to the cashier, she was really sweet and welcoming the second we walked in, setting a positive tone for the entirety of our meal. Great food at even better value, served by staff that treat you with sincere hospitality. I’ll definitely be back!

I was extremely excited to try this Chinese Buffet, and extremely disappointed, the hot items on the buffet were cold, very poor quality. Staff and cleanliness is average. I can not rate the quality of this food above a 2.

This place was just GROSS. The food was cold and nasty, between me and my husband we wasted more than we ate and there were very few options. The waitress was loud and rude. She yelled across the whole seating area “how old are you, kid” to a child at another table obviously trying to make for sure the mother didn’t lie about the age, embarrassing her. The place was dirty, they have styrofoam everything instead of real plates and bowls for eating on and stuff piled up everywhere like a stick room right out in the opened. It was a one and done for us. I almost never write a review and I have eaten in some terrible places. We left feeling sick and super disappointed. NO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

There was plenty of options to go around and the food was good. There wasn’t an item on particular that I favored but I didn’t get to try everything either. The staff was friendly and got me a new drink when I started running low and my empty pates were gone by the time I finished getting back with another. I enjoyed my meal and I’m looking forward to returning to try the rest. Wearing wider pants should help

The sweet-and-sour sauce for the Sweet-and-sour chicken was water!! They added so much water that it was just flavored water to save money. I guess I don’t know they should never have put anything else in it. Then they charge by the pound if you carry out, that’s ridiculous when it’s a buffet all you can eat! Really regretted going here! Now I’m wishing I would’ve read the other reviews on here before I stopped by and wasted my time and money!

Absolutely Horrendous!! It was miserably hot & humid. Food choices on buffet were very limited. Available Food on Buffett did not taste right, prolly bc of the hot temperature of the restaurant. We were literally sweating trying to eat. Our drinks, while just water tasted like it came straight out of the sink. Bathrooms were sticky: floors, stall handles and door knobs. Waitress did not check on us once only to resurface to hand us our check. No discounts applied for the whole miserable dinning experience. SEVERELY dont recommend!! Id do 0⭐️ if possible!

Food had been cooked for awhile cheese sticks didn’t even look like they had been heated. $29 for 2 adults buffet that wasn’t worth $5 eat 1 small plate each and ticket is brought to the table and told thank you and Bill on the table. Not worth wasting your money

We ordered our food through door dash and it was not good at all. We ordered orange chicken, fried rice, chicken w/ broccoli and chow mein (which we did not get). It all barely had any flavor and had a weird after taste. Instead of chow mein we got a very watery vegetable stir fry. Maybe it was just a bad night to order, but I had to throw it all away because it just did not taste good. The picture is of the vegetable stir fry we did not order. My son usually loves fried rice but he didn’t want it.

I’ve got a long rant but I hope everyone will please share this. So Rocky and I went to the China Buffett on the corner of 6 th ave in Huntington this evening to eat. When we walked outside a man was sitting in a wheelchair and he asked Rocky if he had any change. As Rocky was reaching in his pocket I spoke up and said Sir if you are hungry I’ll buy you something to eat. He said yes I am very hungry. I told him to come back inside with me and get whatever he wanted to eat. He said ma’am they won’t let me in there because they say I’m a bum. I said please come in with me. So we started back inside the restaurant and a lady met me and said he isn’t allowed in here. He is a bum, has no money and wants someone to feed him. I told her he is with me and I will be paying for his food. She asked me to make him leave. I said no he is staying with me until we get his food. The man never one time touched anything. He only told me what he wanted to eat and I put it in the box for him. As we were leaving they approached me again and said DO NOT bring him back in here. I said what if that was you and you were hungry? Wouldn’t you want someone to feed you? She said he is a dirty bum. I said what if that was Jesus would you feed Him? She said if you bring Him back in here with you then you cant come back either. I said ok thank you I’m going to let everyone know about this. She said no don’t do that. It’s a company rule and he is a bum. It wasn’t just 1 person in there it was several of them saying stuff to me. I’m sure they throw away more food then that little guy could eat. Now my question is
WHAT WOULD JESUS DO?
The man thanked me and Rocky and even offered to give us what little bit of money he had in his pocket. Who gives anyone the right to judge someone else? Only God sits that high to judge. Maybe this doesn’t bother anyone else but it sure makes me mad. I have family and friends who have been on drugs and some were homeless but they still have to eat. NONE of us are better then anyone else. Shame shame on the people at China Buffet. I’ll be praying for you all.
