This location suffers from terrible management, and careless workers.
Carhop Kiera needs to learn how to make drinks properly, and take orders properly.
Order was a simple, watermelon slush and strawberry slush, with a burrito.
Both drinks were made incorrectly.
We got a lime slush, and a cherry slush instead. We had order larges and were charged for larges, and got mediums instead.
The break burrito wasn’t edible.
Burnt sausage, and a wet egg in a unsteamed tortilla.
This place needs to be reported.

Placed order for food & food arrived in a timely manner. Paid $26 in cash but the female didn’t bring any ketchup or marinara sauce with the combo orders. When I pressed the button to request condiments they said it would be $.54 cents in total for 2 marinara sauces and ketchup, I said ok & we patiently waited for about 8 minutes until I see 2 female sonic employees walk out of Sonic to go to the Maverik right in front of the parking lot, they both walked right passed the #6 stall we were parked at. They had completely disregarded the condiment order.
When I pressed the red button again, I witnessed one of the females with the headset say “one minute please” & nothing after that, they both just completely dismissed our request. 1 took the order and the other had originally brought the 1st order with food but this time around they didn’t bother to bring the condiments that I had placed the order for…pictures included of the 2 female sonic workers walking out of the Maverik gas station after 15 minutes.
My husband had to go to the window to request the condiments from a nice young man that gave it to him in a bag.
Customer service here sucks from those 2 particular females. Go home if you don’t want to work!!!

This is the worst sonic… my business partner and I go to a few around Tulsa for drinks at lunch and this is the only one we absolutely hate. The others we love so much we know the carhops by name and they know us but this one is horrible. The service is terribly slow every time and the staff is never friendly. The food is usually wrong and doesn’t taste fresh. Today was no exception… we get there around 12:15 and hit the button (one maybe two other cars there at the time) and are asked to wait (ok no problem) takes about 5 minutes or more then they come back to take our order (still no new cars pulled up) we order finally and then a couple mobile orders show up and those get taken care of while we wait… and wait… and wait… I click the button again to make sure we haven’t been forgotten because no other sonic is this slow and she says it’s just the two of them working today. I’m like ok that sucks so I can be patient but then the girl who brings my food takes my card to run it and my friend takes a drink and realizes it’s nasty (tea is too sweet, we asked for half and half) so when she brought my card back I asked if she could please fix the drink and also get us some condiments (I asked for these when I ordered) and she gave me such attitude… like I just asked her to give me her first born or something. The picture is a perfect representation of my experience here… disappointment (this is also how my cheddar bites came out so I bet they were double fried because they tasted terrible and they were all smooshed or all the filling was fried out of them)

Why are they so slow here? I order ahead on the app and I still wait 10+ minutes for one drink. How? Why? This isn’t a one time thing. It happens every time. I wait to go back until I forget how awful it is and then I vow never to return only to forget again. The cycle continues…

I could’ve went to OKC and back and my medium coke zero still wouldn’t have been ready. 30 minutes for a coke zero with nobody in line is insane. If you want to wait 30 mins for a drink and watch the employees go outside and sit on their phones than this is the place where your dreams come true.

Screens don’t work.
Rude employees that make you feel like an inconvenience for choosing to spend your money there.
They refuse bathroom access to paying customers.

Customer service cut me off when I was placing my order at the carhop space. YOU WILL GET YOUR ORDER WRONG.
It took them 15-20 minutes to come out to our car and the only thing they brought was a tray of shakes and ours were made wrong.
The employee went back into Sonic and we waited another 10 minutes before we decided to leave. Why did it take 20 minutes for an employee to ONLY come out with 4-6 made shakes (I only ordered 2) for the parking lot customers? Where’s the bags of food? Does it really take 30 minutes for 2 medium combos? I’ve DEFINITELY experienced better customer service at competing companies for half the time and price.

Frankly if i could give this specific Sonic zero stars i would. Went to the stall tried to order they disconnected. Decided to try the drive through. They told us it was closed at 3:15pm as we were leaving they took the next persons order. We didn’t do anything and it’s ridiculous. We simply asked if they still were doing floats. That was it. This location is one we’ve had constantly issues with. Highly don’t recommend unless you want to deal with rude associates.

Great summer-ish day to drop by Sonic. We parked and grabbed a bite to eat one the patio. Service was quick and accurate even though we ordered burgers in the morning. Morning drink discounts are awesome. Staff was super polite and after we were there a couple hours ended coming back by to offer water for our pups! If we lived closer we’d visit more often. Thanks!

Not too busy of a place, ordered ahead threw the app( which I thought was supposed to be faster than just pulling up and ordering :-I ) and it took over 20 mins to get only a LG slush and a dbl cheeseburger. Of course that was after having to call the store and ask them wth. When I finally got my order, the meat was dry and overcooked and was sloppily thrown together. Was not thrilled with them.
