I have tried, and I have tried with this location.We’ve lived out west for the last two years in the neighborhood across from this sonic. They always get things wrong on the order Or there’s always things missing from the order. And if we order DoorDash, there’s no way we’re gonna get what we ordered. One time going through the drive through the kid overcharged me for something. And then he realized I wasn’t giving them cash, so he couldn’t overcharge me literally lied to me about the price for a couple dollars. I’m sure some of the employees here are good employees, but overall this place is garbage and it would be much more suitable as a parking lot.

The vibe was cool, but I said I wanted nothing but lettuce and mayo on my chicken sandwich. The lady taking my order verified “you said nothing but lettuce and mayo on your sandwich right?” I said yes.
Does this photo look like only lettuce and mayo to you? What’s the point in us asking for what we want if we don’t get it? Why do this? Why not just tell us we can’t modify stuff instead of putting us through this? Why is every single restaurant like this? This is so frustrating. It’s been such a long time since I’ve gone to a restaurant and actually gotten what I asked for. It’s so entirely frustrating!!
I’m editing my review now because months ago, I was told we have to ask for marinara now when we order cheese sticks… which ANYWHERE you go, marinara automatically comes with it. But yea you can’t just order cheese sticks and be done, you have to make sure you ask for marinara or you won’t get it… And this was because of a new director/owner/whoever made the rule.
NOW.. you have to ask for it AND they charge you for it… and you don’t get 3 marinara when you get a large cheese stick, you get 2 so when you run out you gotta figure out a plan for the last 3 cheese sticks… It’s ridiculous for Sonic to nickel-and-dime customers for marinara. Cheese sticks come with marinara everywhere — it’s part of the product, not an extra. Hate this place idk why I go here.

This location just needs to be shut down at this point. Whoever runs this sonic does not need to be in this business. Stuff’s always wrong and you got a goblin at the front that is super rude and he almost got hands laid on him this morning. Worst sonic by far and the “food” I got wasn’t cooked all the way. SUCKS ALL AROUND.

Went to get drinks, asked for a lemon berry slush and the girl kept saying that all they could do was add strawberry to the lemonade slush, great that works, then why I asked if it would still taste the same or similar they were definitely frustrated and took it out on us. We then proceeded to wait 15 minutes for 3 drinks and 2/3 of the drinks weren’t what we asked for and were not blended

tried this sonic location. had some training going on so a bit of a delay in ordering. Overall good experience happy to help train. my buddy got a#12 honey BBQ popcorn chicken, tator tots, and a Large chocolate coke. He says they are phenomenal. I order two corn dogs and a large cherry vanilla diet Dr Pepper. corndogs cooked to that nice crunchy level. taste great. Sadly out of mustard but that is okay.

My favorite Sonic to get burritos at! Eggs are always bright yellow and don’t have any grill residue on them. Sometimes the burritos are kind of small, but I do appreciate that the cooks use a clean grill for the eggs. It’s crazy that all locations don’t do that

Hot dogs were old, bad texture. Buns were stale. Ordered a plain foot long and got it with chili and cheese. The chocolate milkshake was good.

I’m pretty sad. It’s been a while since I ordered a footlong, but this is ridiculous. Used to be my favorite sonic item until they changed the recipe. Decided to order anyway and now the chili is like a single tablespoon spread ov the hot dog? Last week my burger had the least amount of vegetables you can get away with. I don’t know if it’s a food cost/cheap thing or if it’s training but please stop. I paid for a chili dog, not a chili garnished hot dog . Probably won’t be going back for a while.
