Terrible service!.The lady in front of me waited over 45 minutes to fix her order with her entire family waiting with her . I personally waited over 25 minutes for a hash brown and a milk, while the manager had a meltdown with her employees stating how “she cant do it”. I had to leave without my order due to my lunch break expiring. I will be returning for me refund.

I’ve ordered a Deluxe hamburger here twice. The first time, it was incredibly greasy. It was practically dripping with oil, and there were no tomatoes. I came back today. I told them again, and there were no tomatoes, and the patty was pitch black. They’re not doing their job properly. So, I’m not happy at all. The staff are either irresponsible or they say there’s something wrong with them, and they don’t have tomatoes. You don’t have any tomatoes, man. Why don’t you buy them? Good God.

Stop allowing the guy with the glasses and hat work the drive through. When a guest pulls up he hands you your stuff and as fast as he can says have a good day bye and slams the door or says pull around to the spot and slams the door. He doesn’t give you a single second to ask for the straw they forgot or maybe some ketchup with your french fries. Whatever the case is, he never hears the customer. And 10 times out of 10 because he’s always rushing you out of the window when he pulls you around to the waiting spot they will forget whatever it is you wanted even Enough time to blurt it out. Customer service skills are very poor and I don’t know why he’s in the front he needs to be on the grill or in the back. Now the old ladies that work in the morning Are literally amazing.

This location has really gone downhill lately. I drive a large vehicle for work, so I cannot use the drive through, but it seems like they only care about those customers. I have been sitting in the dining room waiting for an order for over 20 minutes, watching many cars enter and exit through the drive through, several times now. I also have to fight for condiments. No other location I visit has such a poor handle on the breakfast crowd.

Would you like to wait half an hour for your food for it to come out bottom of the barrel quality? This is the McDonald’s for you.

Update: its been a month, and I thought I’d been a bit harsh. So I gave this location another shot. Decided to come at a slower point in the day. I still had to wait 15 minutes in the drive thru spaces, for cold fries and a slapped together burger. I don’t expect much from McDonald’s but this is pathetic.

so just was at this mcdonald’s for breakfast. i don’t know the managers name, she was younger with dark brown hair and glasses. the rudest manager ive ever met in my entire life. my app wouldn’t work. she rolled her eyes MULTIPLE times. continuously interrupted me when i was trying to explain what i needed. refused to give her name to me, and then shoved my bag of food across the counter and walked off. seriously disrespectful, and i will not be coming back

Hands down the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to.
I prepaid on the app, got a pickup time, and sat in the spot like a fool while car after car—over 25 of them—got their food. After 25+ minutes, I still had nothing. Not a single bag. Finally, I had to crawl through the drive-thru just to demand a refund, because they still hadn’t even started my order.

The manager’s excuse? “We’re short-staffed.” Newsflash: that’s not my problem. You don’t get to take people’s money and then just not deliver. It’s called basic service, and this place can’t even manage that.

McDonald’s already isn’t fine dining—we all know that—but this was next-level incompetence. A complete waste of time, zero accountability, and zero respect for customers. I’ll never set foot in this disaster of a location again.

Pulled up to the drive thru at 10:15 wanted to order a relatively big order the guy taking my order couldn’t get it right. It’s now 10:38 I still don’t have my food. I was cursed out by the guy in the drive thru after he was the one that didn’t know what he was doing. I only ordered 14 breakfast sandwiches. This can’t be fast food, I could have made my breakfast quicker. Don’t recommend. They are rude.

Big Mac even says special order.
No meat on the side as requested. They put it on I’m vegetarians order.

Also, look at the meat on my QP with cheese.

Other person didn’t get their double cheeseburger.

Every single time I come to this location it’s always a 15-20 minute wait at the speaker to get my order taken. Then an additional 15-20 minutes to just get my food. It’s ridiculous. They need some staff or they need to close this location. It’s absolutely horrible and I’m done giving my business to this store. My order is always wrong, always. I have to then go inside to get it fixed which guess what is an additional 20 minute wait! I arrive in plenty of time to get to work and they’ve caused me to be late multiple times. I have given them the benefit of the doubt too many times. Best of luck to anyone trying to get food here. I highly recommend driving to an entirely different location.
