Went in and it seems that everytime I come here something is wrong or sloppy! The lady we talked to tonight was rude and disrespectful and when I got home, the burger was messy and not even the right burger. I just think I ordered a double bacon cheese burger and I understand things happen but everytime is a little much and I work in fast food myself.

Came back to try after a year of refusing to buy from them. Got a cherry limeade, easy right? 3 limes no cherries. Won’t make the mistake of thinking “surely they can get this right” again. To the person that responds to the reviews: do you not get tired of saying sorry? How about ya stop with the keyboard and retrain employees? What will it take? Someone getting sick and suing you? My problem was a lack of ingredient, but lashes, hair and dead flies? My gods! Stop saying sorry as you obviously are NOT. Truly remorseful people fix errors so they don’t happen again. They don’t go “sorry, please call me”. Whoever gets sick from you should report it along with all the reviews and pictures.

Paid over 5 dollars on a shake that was poorly made. Ordered a cherry limeade slush but got the soft drink cherry limeade. And I tried a frito chili pie and after eating half of it, there was a dead fly in the chips under the layer of cheese and chili. Poor service, but what do you expect going to a fast food place. Good luck to anyone else going here! And thankyou Skiatook sonic for the awesome service

Our drinks were terrible
We had a route 44 sweet tea that tasted like rubber and a medium Sprite zero with cranberry that was only carbonated water and the cranberry additive had a bitter spoiled taste. Unfortunately we had already left and were too far to go back ans get them fixed.

I ordered a chili cheese coney wanted shredded cheese, I got nacho cheese and an eyelash. I did not finish my food as I was very grossed out. Yuck!!!!!

Make the drive to the location over by the QT going towards Collinsville over this place. We will not be coming to this location after the horrific experience my mother had to deal with. The female gm manager don’t care, decided she wanted to feel special and come out snarking attitude and smiling laughing in her face. If you can’t act your age and prefer to throw a I told you so like a 2 year old find a different job, absoultely 0 respect. 90% of the time when we go the order is cold, wrong, or takes a very large time. We will be informing close family and friends not to go to this location and to stick with the one over by QT on highway 75 leaving skiatook.
Food is also normally cold, a mess, ice cream is sour all the time from lack of cleaning.

This sonic is usually decent and I don’t normally have an issue here but this last time was my worst experience here. I get that I ordered 2 drinks during “diner hours” I understand I could wait with how many people are there but my order was half-expletive and rushed. I ordered a strawberry shake and Butterfinger blast, as you can see by the picture that doesn’t look strawberry, and when I told the carhop “What is this” as I opened the lid and saw just vanilla ice cream and little pink specs she told me it was a strawberry shake with strawberry pieces in it, didn’t even offer to get a new remade one. My wife said it barely tasted like a normal shake we’ve gotten here before. My blast wasn’t even mixed, it didn’t even look mixed and as I was eating it I had vanilla spaces between the candy mix. There needs to be some serious retraining here.

20 minutes to check in for an online order. 10 minutes for the attendant to locate said order. Absolutely everything overcooked and crammed into a single bag upside down. Half the parking has been converted to mobile check-in having no menu boards and force you to use the app which doesn’t work at this location. Just ugh!

I recently stopped by Sonic Drive-In and ordered a small chocolate shake and two Smashburgers. Unfortunately, the experience wasn’t as satisfying as I’d hoped.
Let’s start with the shake: It was incredibly runny—so much so that it had the consistency of milk instead of the thick, creamy treat I was expecting. To make it drinkable, I had to put it in the freezer for a while just to get it to the right consistency. Definitely not the kind of shake I’ve come to expect from Sonic.
As for the Smashburgers, they weren’t up to the usual standard either. The burgers didn’t come out hot and fresh like they typically do. They lacked that fresh, sizzling flavor that makes Smashburgers so delicious, and I was left feeling like I didn’t get the full experience I was hoping for.
While I’ve enjoyed Sonic in the past, this visit was disappointing. I’m not sure if it was just an off day for the location, but I’d hesitate to return for these same items in the future.
