Worst Sonic in the area. They don’t answer the speakers if you pull into the stall, you’ll wait twice as long as anywhere else. The current manager is unprofessional and will call you “man” in every sentence like some form of beach bum. Something is wrong with their order systems, I put in a order on the official sonic website just to arriv to pick it up and they had no record of my order; they blamed me for them not having it even when I had a receipt and the webpage open to prove the order went through. The manager went so far as to tell me I ordered at the wrong location and when I read the address off the receipt she went on to unprofessionally act like she was “going to make it right for me this one time” when, as a customer, I did nothing wrong, as well as chew me, the customer, out for the fact that their drawer would be short if she did her job. When I told her what I ordered she immediately took back the option to “make it right this one time” and told me to go back around and reorder it then call support and get a refund. She spoke to me as if I was doing something wrong even though I proved I had the correct receipt and information. When I told her there’s always some problem with this store she straight up told me she didn’t care.
As a customer it’s not my fault if the systems don’t work, I had a valid receipt and placed a valid order. They should have upheld the order and filed a discrepancy or contacted support to fix the problem on their end, cause nothing was wrong on my end.
Absurd. Terrible location.
Sonic Drive-in support line and customer support made things correct and issued me a refund while elevating the situation to support. I’m not sure if I was supposed to stay on the line to talk to support or watch my email for a link to file a complaint with support, so I made have made a mistake there.
However the point I’m making on support is that they were nice, polite, and professional without causing me any trouble or arguing on a refund. So good on Sonic on that front.

So far we haven’t had any problems or bad food from Sonic. We don’t go a lot.
I do miss some of their food items, one was the chicken strip dinner with Texas toast, white gravy and tots.
But, if you like Reeces peanut butter cups, you gotta try Sonics Reeses peanut butter shake, it’s really good.

This might be the worst Sonic Ive ever been to.
One time I waited my entire lunch break just to order a Dirty Dr. Pepper and had to leave because they were to busy to take my order.
Then just the other day I bought $40 worth of food for me and my coworkers. We ate the food, it was ok, and then one of my coworkers found hair in her DRINK. How do you get hair in a drink and there was a lot of it. Mind you we already ate this food. So we called up there to see what could be done. All they offered was to replace the drink.
Hell no, they should have reimbursed our entire meal. If the hair was in the drink, then there was likely hair in the food.
So I will never go back due to their horrible speed, terrible quality control, and their frankly poor handling of the issue.
I recomend everyone steer clear of this Sonic.

I was two bites in to a burger when I realized it didn’t taste right. The meat was off and had a weird smell. My SIL stopped mid burger as well and ended up vomiting later.
The health department should be notified.

So all I ordered was 4 drinks and 2 sides, and it took from 1:47 to 2:20 to get our order, and they were mildly busy, but I wouldn’t say it was overwhelming, and I’ve worked in retail for years, so I would be understanding if it were really busy, honestly, but it just wasn’t, I also don’t generally leave reviews, but this also isn’t the first time this has happened at this particular location, generally the people are nice, but the wait is kinda crazy. Food was good though.

I hope others experience are different but it seems like every time we come to this sonic, we get really old not fresh food, the order is wrong, were missing food items like corn dogs or apple sauce and kids toy for kid’s meal, or we are told that the taxes are taken off, told the untaxed part but then charged taxes on my debit card – (I have it on my dash cam too). We used to go 3-4 times a week, then it was fewer and fewer times until eventually we just would not go to this sonic. We decided to give them another try but it’s still the same ol, same ol. I recommend checking that your order is complete and fresh before leaving or you get home to only be disappointed.

Ordered 2 drinks on the app. Checked in on the app at 318 and it was 345 when our 2 drinks came out. We ordered a large coke zero and a strawberry slush. And it was full price. $8.51 for 2 drinks! That’s ridiculous. When you order from the app its supposed to be automatically half off anytime. The wait time is ridiculous. Called the store and talked to a Roger who’s the manager. Will be calling corporate in Oklahoma city to file a complaint. It should NOT take 30 minutes for 2 drinks.

this makes like the 6th time weve visited and the order is completely wrong. young kids who do not care about their job or peoples orders.. please shut this place down. Update came here for a review. Noticed this place is still sheet. Not sure why they only half fill shakes. Missing sauce for the pretzel, no receipt either. They wasted money building this sonic. It’s pure garbage. Update thos place still sucks. Just ordered a large chili cheese tots. What the heck is this tiny pile? Just sat 30 minutes in line for this.

Couple days ago I waited over 20 minutes for a 4 piece mozzarella stick and a drink. Today, waited OVER 30 MINUTES for the same thing. I also left before I got it so no telling how long I’d still be waiting. Yall need to shut down until you get more employees or something this is beyond ridiculous

My onion rings were mushy and not cooked all the way. So disappointed.
The pictures re how they came out of my bag. A total waste of money. We ordered 2 large onion rings and they were both this way. We got shakes also.
