This place is going to crap in a hand basket.
Never get my order right. Ordered 3 sausage breakfast burritos and only has 1 or 2 peices of sausage in it. All eggs. Not what I wanted thanks again sonic for a crappy breakfast

If I could give zero stars, I would. We waited for over ten minutes for someone to answer, and not one person did. There where three other people waiting, and they left because nobody was taking orders. It really disappointed me even further because my oldest was really wanting tater tots. Due to lack of service and worth ethic, we had to drive elsewhere to get food quickly because we were on the road.

They sometimes make minor mistakes often like putting cheese on my hamburger after I ask for a hamburger with no cheese lol, but for the most it’s normal Sonic food. Good service and good drinks. Nice to have as a fast food option. Wish they had healthy opinions like salads!

The only time my food from this location is good and my order is right is morning or day shift. Evening shift seemingly every time I go, forgets sauces I was charged for, my food is missing toppings, and the sides are stale, cold, or soggy. Something needs to change for the evening shift. I wouldn’t recommend this location for a late dinner after a long day.

Sat in the parking lot for 32 minutes waiting to order, and no response somebody pulled up next to me ordered and 7 minutes later I ordered and after 14 more minutes still no food. So annoying! If they were busy etc it wouldn’t hurt to tell us guest it’s gonna take a minute we’re short staffed/busy I’ll be with you shortly! I told whoever took my order please make my food fresh at the least for the terrible wait! Eventually my food was brought out by Amanda and my food was COLD and not FRESH! I ordered a large cheese fry corn dog and medium cranberry slush and the food brought out was a small cheese tot and the other food but cold! So ridiculous! I’ve never dealt with this before at any other Sonic! I spoke to the general manager and she apologized and told me she would prepare my food for me which she did and I finally after over an hour received my food!

The food was good but it tasted like I was eating bone…found pieces of the rind of the onions on my burger. But besides that it was delicious. The workers could use some help as far as working together as a team… overall experience is 3 out of 5

Sonic is definitely a place to stop in and get a really good meal and drink specialties. I stopped into Sonic at least 2 to 4 week. The staff is always warm friendly and efficient.

Just a update on this place it’s still all right not as great as it used to be I hardly eat here anymore but I guess if you have a tough stomach then it’ll probably be all right for you. My honest opinion is food restaurants no matter what you’re cooking good hygiene should be discussed amongst all employees and managers because I definitely care about the appearance And cleanliness of whoever is cooking my food and handling it. That’s my own opinion though!
