Worst experience I’ve had at sonic so far. When we arrived the workers were outside “shadow boxing”, playing rock paper scissors with their friends, and hanging out in their vehicles. One of the “shadow boxing” workers (who was obviously high), took extremely long to bring me my food and my half full RT 44 coke.

Went there tonight and got 2 of the new chophouse burgers, very disappointed as it took FOREVER to get my food, when I got home the burgers hardly had any toppings on them and really no sauce at all!! Tried to call the restaurant and no one would answer, guess the carhop knew when she asked if I wanted my receipt (which I’m glad I got it) I will definitely be there tomorrow to discuss this with the manager

Still waiting on my food at 6:40. Ordered at 6:03. They claimed to be crazy busy with half the lot full of customers. The issue seems to be understaffing. The food was good though.

It is crazy to me that time and time again we try to give this sonic the benefit of doubt like maybe it’s just that time. But it’s every time. Either the food is gross or it’s not right. This used to be one of the best sonics around. What happened!!! Get it together Cleveland

I had a terrible experience there today I went there today and asked for a blast ice cream, and they claimed there machine was “broken” and they couldn’t do any ice cream orders, and last time around 3 months ago they had said the same thing, you should definitely have had it fixed now and the employees were a really rude about it.

messed my order up and was not hot at all. Ok so went to Sonic again got a BLT really bad burnt BLT. Very disappointed ☹️ wow and again I tried them again and I got this when I ordered a BLT with extra bacon it’s not burned but it damn sure doesn’t have bacon little lone have extra bacon. Ok I give up I would go to any other Sonic except for the one in Cleveland been here 45 minutes watched numerous people come and go and they are still telling me they can’t get to me right now even though I have watched people pull up on both sides of me order and leave since I’ve been sitting here being told they can’t get to me right now. Very disappointed. I would think the carhop would have stopped and asked if I needed anything since she has walked past several times and seen me sitting here.

Ordered 2 burgers and 2 small fries. Was told they only had medium and large fries…. Since when? Especially since it is in the menu board what little we could see if it since it was solid down and the left hand side was backwards. The menu screen was blank. I get my order and my French fries were cold and nasty and not even half full. Those are not medium fries and even for small fries they shouldn’t be laying down in the box, half missing, cold, limp, and tasting of old oil. This is ridiculous.

Sonic in Cleveland has remove most of their order kiosks and the ones that were open to pull up to had out of order signs on them. I don’t eat there often enough to download their app to order online.
Ordered food ( a double bacon cheese burger, a single burger fries and tots) via the drive up kiosk after one of 7 opened up, received our food in an appropriate amount of time, i didn’t feel we waited too long. I drove 1 mile to my house and my hamburger was cold; literally cold like it was not heated through, no heat retention and all food ( the other burger, fries and tots) was lukewarm at best andmy pattie tasted weird and had a very weird texture very mushy. I requested no pickles or onions and the person taking my order repeated it back to me and I verified on the screen and my receipt, yet there was a large mound of onions and pickles on the burger, no lettuce and two slices of roma tomatoes that were very questionable when I checked once I arrived home.
Quality control needs to be stepped up.

4 out of five times they get my drink wrong. Large cherry limeade easy ice and add a slice of lemon. Doesn’t mean, take away the cherry and lime. Doesn’t mean no ice. Doesn’t mean charge me for a large and give me a medium. You just lost a star.
