It was a rainy day and I wanted to try a variety of your foods. Well, the mistake I made was that the chicken was raw. I got in touch with the manager and told her about it when I bit down on it it was crunchy. Like raw crunchy it was atrocious and it’s been months and I am still having PSTD over it. I have sworn I will never go back to your store. The manager did not want to believe me nor did she want to give me credit, so it was all around a bad deal . it cost me $42 and I did not keep the receipt as a child. I learned that I do not lie so there you have it I do not lie it was a nasty experience. I will never set foot in that restaurant again.

When I was ordering my breakfast there was a drive through customer inside of the place making a complaint about her food not being done. I should have taken a note and left right then. My breakfast burrito was loose, food was just tossed into the bag. The quality of the eggs in the burrito was questionable so after taking a few bites I tossed it in the garbage. I would avoid the place if you could.

The food was not fresh at all…the meat was dry and hard around the edges like it had been sitting in the warmer for a while. The fries taste like they had been cooked in old burnt grease….that’s why I like going earlier in the day and not late in the evenings…. fiod suppose to be fresh at all times

My order is normally accurate. However the staff is often rude. Today I placed a mobile order. Was told to pull to the second window. Upon doing so. A lady stuck her head from the first window and yelled “HELLLO” made me back up. Just to make me sit there. Then was still to prideful to say she made a mistake. And said she had to give me a receipt saying she had to make sure it was accurate. And they gave me a Diet Coke instead of the drink I actually ordered. So I guess she failed at that part of her job as well. We all make mistakes. No big deal. But how you handle them is another story. Will not be visiting this Burger King again. Sorry y’all.
