We went through the drive through and got an order, then decided to pull back around for another order of chili cheese tot. We waited almost 30 minutes at nearly midnight just to get home and my friend to take a bite of ice cold tater tots. I had mine 30 minutes ago and they were good to go, but then in that timeframe, our drinks damn near melted or are gone while we waited for the delivery of some icy cold tots. It surely damp end our night. Not to mention that there was a girl that wasn’t super sweet although she wasn’t rude. I do think she could give it a little bit better try. I work the same type of job and even though sometimes I don’t like it. I still smile and wave boys. Smile and wave.

Im so sick. Im never going here again! Where are my oreos???! I even asked for extra! They never put anything in the dang blasts! Also where is the cherry that they clearly put in the vanilla shake! Yes the one that has the cherry is supposed to be oreo! There is literally 3 tiny pieces of oreo on top and nothing inside the shake..its a master shake so where is the oreos!?!?!?! I want my money back but I shouldn’t have to go back up there to get the shake remade!!! I just got off work and im tired!!! Also why is this always a problem every single stinking time I go??? I even tell them they never put ingredients in so please make sure they put them in there…nope they never do it ugh!!! All of the ones in a single drink pic is supposed to be oreo! The vanilla is the pic with the oreo shake so tell me why this has no oreo!?!!?!? I pay way too much for three tiny pieces of oreo

Place is always absolute disaster. I love Sonic but this place is slowest place I’ve ever been to. Today we went for 2 sonic blasts and 2 slushes. Waited for 30min and pressed the call button 2 different times to find out the status and the last time the said our drinks Were on their way. Still 5 minutes later still no drinks

When ordering. We had to repeat what we ordered 3x to get the lady to input it right.
The server came out looking like she was higher than a kite.
Asked her where the music was coming from. Definitely coming from a park or bar or somewhere. And she goes its coming from my ear… turns her ear bud off and says. Do you hear it now lol.
So she brings out the order and it the wrong burger and brings tots instead of fries.
Grabs burger and comes back with same burger but now has finger holes in it . And when she brings it back she just stood there staring into space. When we waved our hands like hello. You there. She was like. Yeah its the right burger I seen it when u showed it to me that it was the wrong burger. But still took it and brought it back.
Come on people. You really could do better than that when I spent 50 on the food I ordered. Grrr.
Hopefully these employees will do a better job at there jobs in the future…

Sonic has always been known by their car hops & tasty shakes! The food as always been mid in my opinion. I went to this place to grab something quick before work & was fairly disappointed.
Service: I strongly dislike the idea of tipping places that simply put an order in the computer & hand it to you, but either way I still tipped before receiving my food. The lady on the speaker couldn’t hear anything I was saying even though I was practically screaming at the speaker, she sounded very moody (but I assumed it was a bad day, stayed patient, & still tipped!)… I got the food in good timing, but when she came to my car she didn’t say anything except “here”….. there was no “hello”, “how are you”, “did you have the __” or anything other than “here.” I’m unsure if she rolled her eyes but I could feel that type of energy 100%
Food: I ordered some Honey BBQ Wings & a Frito chili cheese wrap. My wrap tasted old & dry with stale Fritos (and wasn’t a good combo with the mushy old chili)… the wings on the other hand were worst in my opinion. They were VERY tiny pieces & too hard to put a fork into (I actually broke the fork trying to eat it). It felt like they just fried tiny pieces of gunk without the chicken! The sauce was a good flavor though! But they didn’t cover my “wings” AT ALL. Looked like someone put spoon full in the middle of my dry nuggets & thought “yup, perfect”.
Overall I was hungry & I’ve had worst food, but the combination of the attitude & laziness in delivering quality food made this not enjoyable.

I ordered some food and ice cream. The 1 Oreo blast and i asked for and paid for extra Oreos and ordered one cookie dough blast and paid for extra cookie dough and told them i always pay for extra but never get it!!! I didn’t get any extra in my blast at all and lets talk about how bad the service was. They took forever just to come to the window. The people were too busy flirting and yapping to each other. There was 1 employee doing everything while the others hung around laughing and chit chatting. The people behind us was mad thinking it was our fault but it wasn’t! It was their fault! The only girl that was doing everything finally came to us. You could tell she seemed so tired of the people there that was ” helping her” Anyway look at pictures and tell me how bad it is!!! They need to be putting a little on bottom and mix it in together! There is never any oreo or toppings in the ide cream!!! Since when is a blast vanilla ice cream eith a little bit of topping in top???? I am sick of no one making the blasts correctky and im sick of managers making these young kids suoervisor or shift managers and the store not being run correctly, unless the store maanger is there! The manager here is awesome but night crew and night manager stinks except the sweet lady who helped us!!

Do you want a place where your sides are old and stale? How about their ‘famous’ corn dogs cold from hours of not being sold?? What about extras that you paid for to be added to your sandwich be missing??? If the only thing that you want from here is a drink…go somewhere else unless you want it flat. This is by far the worse Sonic in town. Avoid at all costs, unless you want to waste your time (long wait times) and your money.

Serv. sucked they can never get your order right. But they have good food. Because they dont let you finish ordering before you are interrupted to ask what else you would like. That is a big problem with any sonic.

One of the lesser Sonics I’ve been to, unfortunately. I’ll be nice and give them a 3 for the time being. Hopefully they can and will improve and will fix the non-working stalls or at least put a sign out that says they are not working because it’s super annoying to pull into one and then see it’s not working and then have to pull out and into another one and hope that one’s working.
