Very good food, gluten free crust was perfect for my wife and her allergy, it was very crispy and done well, above average for that specific crust, the standard crust is crispy outside, soft inside, good toppings and spread overall. Wish I had taken pics of the food, I forgot. The waitress has been there for 25+years and is sweet as can be. We love the nostalgia and definitely like trying the small hole in the wall restaurants in an area while visiting, we would definitely eat here again.
For any negative critique of the place, someone was burning an incense in the bathroom, that smell was obnoxious but to each their own. The calzone should come with a bigger cup of sauce, but I’m also sure had I asked for more I would have received it without question or cost, you can tell I am searching here just for some feedback to help them TBH, we enjoyed the meal. Getting refills was not perfect, but the wife drinks more than the average person when eating so this is common for us, and I don’t think the waitress was used to this.

I thought this random stop was well worth it.
I was greeted by Anthony, who was making pizza, and while awaiting my guest we had a wonderful conversation about a book titled “The Creature From Jekyll Island”. It was genuinely a pleasant conversation.
This restaurant has a history as it has been here since 1968.
Being a New Yorker I tend to be overly critical of pizza. This place did not disappoint. I had the mega meat pizza while my friend’s half had chicken.
The ingredients were very good and the thickness of the cuts of meat was impressive.
If I lived in this area this place would be a common stop for me.
The place continuously had a stream of customers and yet it was full staffed and efficient.

I was in town and decided to try this pizza spot out and I was not disappointed. What amazing flavored pizza, I ordered half cheese and half cheese and pepperoni . I love the crust and pizza sauce used, when in the area stop by the place and pick up a pie.

Napoli staff…. You are amazing, hardworking and kind. The pizzas you are pushing out are outstanding! From the pizza crust, flavors and healthy amount of toppings Napoli’s is just the best! Delicious and we refuse to go elsewhere. #1 all around. Thank you for feeding Vallejo! 🙂

We ordered Pizza from here, and it some how has gotten better, the cheese didn’t come of all at once on your second bite, the crust was cooked really well. We ordered three different pies and they were all delicious.

Ordered a pizza through their preferred delivery service, the delivery man gave it to someone that said they were my sister. (It was delivered to the wrong building and the woman was not my sister) I called the restaurant and informed them, they told me their superior would call me. He called, told me he would have another made and offered to add a salad, have it delivered and give a refund. I told him we would pick it up to avoid a delivery mishap happening again. We went to pick it up and followed the instructions provided by the man. The restaurant didn’t give us the added salad and never refunded me. I’ve been ordering from them for 8 years and this was such a let down. I paid for a stranger to have a free pizza.

Solid Pizza Spot! The staff was friendly and the service was quick. We ordered a medium sized pie with pepperoni, garlic, and pineapple for $26.40. I do wish I had asked for light cheese to add stability to my slice but I enjoyed the char on the crust and flavor profile in general. Will eventually return!

I’m sorry but I’m not sure how these reviews became so good. I hate to say anything bad about any local biz but this was our second time here in the span of a couple years and same.. poor ingredients, bad flavor and the cheese is like plastic. Crust is hard in some places chewy in others. Way different than the Benicia store. Then to top it off I had to pay almost a dollar for ranch I paid for 5.00 worth and didn’t even get it!! Nasty Do NOT recommend, the guy at counter was friendly.

We decided to try this location !!! Staff was super friendly over the phone while I was sick and sneezing !!! She was patient and kind, food was properly made, and delicious! Portion size is unbelievably large for the price ! Mostly you order from places and leave hungry that is not the case here! Me and my family enjoyed this dinner!!! We will come back for more ! Thank you guys !
