Got home & realized we’re missing a drink. One of us went back for the drink, the other opened their sandwich & it was incorrect & was missing tomato. They seriously put a tomato slice in a bag instead of remaking the sandwich. By the time he got back my sandwich was a soggy mess & cold. Took it back, got it replaced but the rest of our food was cold by then. Contacted the owner who told us basically if we don’t like it, don’t come back! Freaking blew my mind! Who handles customers that way?! I’ll never spend another dime there!

The service was great and friendly and food came out hot and fresh. It was just the burger was bland and I had to pay $ .59 for 2 extra pickles. So, Sonic, I cannot eat your food no more, especially if your going to nickel and dime me over pickles.

All food was beyond dry. My honey bbq popcorn chicken was also dry and lacking the honey bbq sauce it was supposed to be covered in. It was so horrible I turned around and drove back and handed them their food back. Told the girl what was wrong. She offered to re make my order. I asked her why I would want more food when it should have been done right the first time. She did get me a $20 refund on my $43 order.
I will never eat there again.

This place is awful. Kinda hope it goes out of business ♂️. Many bad experiences here. Rude workers. Incorrect orders. Long waits. Rude owner. They’ll literally leave you sitting at the drive thru speaker seeing how long you’ll wait to just pull around. They literally find joy in intentionally inconveniencing you. Its sad, really. It’s like they take no pride in running a good restaurant. Here’s to never going back. Sucks. I love cheddar bites, but it won’t be there. Do not trust the positive reviews of this place. I’m telling you they will screw you.
Edit: so yeah, I made the mistake of going again.. got a breakfast burrito. There were bugs in it. Literally, on yue tortilla. I called, politely, they offered to do a refund for me, never processed the refund. Screw this place. Completely over it and never going back. Thats a promise. Enjoy your Sonic bugs, Bristow.

Terrible customer service. These people are awful and rude. They seem to hate their job and intentionally screw up your order for having the audacity to make them work. Horrible attitudes. These ladies are miserable and this place does not deserve your service. I’ve given them way too many chances. I will not be eating here again. I hope they go out of business since the owner doesn’t seem to care or reprimand these disrespectful and hateful employees.

Usually Sonic is a great experience, but the Chocolate peanut butter shake I got was more like just peanut butter and a little ice cream added, it was very peanut butter heavy.

Atleast the buildings new so you hope its clean. I always tip one lady ten bucks the rest are rude. Ultimate burrito doesnt come with tomato also has bacon on it. Attitude is everything live the life you deserve best i can say!

Slight miss understanding in the order, but they corrected it very easy. And food was fresh, pretty good overall
