After going every morning for the last 16 years I was refused to place my drink order. Said that had alot of mobile orders there was 1 car waiting. I wanted my usual large Dr pepper. Wasn’t nice either and when I drove past the window they were standing there. I am very disappointed. My daughter has 1 drink from 7am till after 5:30 pm. I
1 drink all day. I worked at sonic when it was on Breckenridge in bixby. We never turned anyone away I know because I was the manager. Just a sorry excuse for their service this morning. If Austin or Angela would have been there it would have been alot better. Really disappointed. We need better drive throoughs

Decided to give this Sonic another try after avoiding it for a long while. I was not disappointed! Cherry limeade had several squeezed lime wedges and a cherry – and better yet, it tasted like both. The cheese sticks were hot and crispy. The service was great and with a smile. Will be back soon.

Text quite a while to get your food. I’ve been several times and I never get the correct change back when I pay cash. Including the last time that I went but this seems to be a sonic thing not specific specific specific specific location but I do go to this location more often and find that they generally leave off at $.10-$.20 each time when you pay cash.

Corrin the car hop is absolutely amazing at customer service. Always serving customers with a smile and gratitude. She always makes sure I have everything I need when I visit. This place sucks. I’m guessing his name is Luis 10072? That’s what’s on the ticket. Anyways, between him yelling that “he can’t hear”(understandable), and me yelling my order this guy would immediately tell me the total and to pull around after one combo. I had 3 combos… And at the window when he was fixing my order this guy was still rushing me and rolling his eyes. Make that dude a cook. His people skills are absolute trash. Even if he could hear me his attitude is pretty intense.

I love Sonic. I understand location is very important since I’ve worked in the food industry. My man and I recently ordered at this location Jan. 28th 2025 and the food tasted freezer burnt and crusty ESPECIALLY on those tots. It might be new employee traffic learning the food industry but it just WASN’T the Sonic couture everyone is used to. I think this location has a lot of potential and good cooking skills on occasion. Please don’t let it be a reason for someone feeling sick. We need management to evaluate the cooks. Everything else is 5 stars and love the customer service.

I’ve been coming to this Sonic for years, and honestly, it’s beyond frustrating to keep dealing with the same issue: the drive-in speaker NEVER works. It’s unbelievable that a business that relies so heavily on drive-up service hasn’t fixed this problem after all this time.
Every time I try to place an order, I have to repeat myself three or four times because they can never hear me clearly. Sometimes they don’t even answer, and I end up waiting several minutes not knowing if anyone is even there. Other times, they cut me off saying, “Can you repeat that?” even after I’ve spoken clearly and slowly. This isn’t just a one-time issue—I’ve been dealing with this for years, and nothing ever improves.
I’ve come at different times of day, in different cars, I’ve turned off my music, rolled up my windows—you name it. None of it helps. The microphone system is just awful and the audio quality is terrible. How hard is it to check and fix a basic communication system? It feels like they just don’t care about offering even the most basic level of customer service.
This isn’t a one-off experience. It’s constant. I don’t even expect it to work anymore. You go for convenience and speed, and you end up leaving more stressed than satisfied. Honestly, I won’t be coming back until they fix their system, because there’s no point in supporting a place that can’t even get the basics right.

Instead of going through the drive thru, me and a few friends did the in-person order. I was greeted by a unhappy sounding man who did not tell me to pay, nor ask my drink size. My friends try to pay for their drinks, and it does not work. I realize I didnt pay, and a new, careless person comes on. She talks to us like we are fourth graders and I give her my card to pay for MY drink. I made sure to only transfer 5 dollars incase they tried anything, which they did. She said it was declined. She then tells me she tried to make me pay for EVERYONES order. Followed by a 30 minute wait, we decided to leave empty handed. On the plus side, they had parked a large semi truck on the only exit that led to where I needed to be, making traffic worse.
