We placed a mobile order for 2 meals and used a reward for a small cheese stick. When we got there, at the time we entered we would be arriving, they brought our food out about 5 minutes later saying our order was lost and they were sorry. It was no big deal and pretty quick. However, we realized we did not receive our cheese sticks. We were going to drive off, but I said we are still here so we might as well just ask them really quick. We explained to the lady what had happened and she said one second and the next thing you know a young dark headed boy is at our window rudely saying, “let me see your receipt.” We showed him and he raised his voice saying “there are no cheese sticks on this receipt you did not order them” and handed us the receipt back. We did not act rude to him, only tried to explain the receipt said “100% small app”, he grabbed it again and said, again.. extremely rude and not even slightly polite, “I don’t know what that is, but cheese sticks aren’t on here”. We were in shock just kind of looking at him because the way he was speaking and acting was absolutely uncalled for. The 1 star isn’t because we didn’t receive our cheese sticks, because it comes down to $2 and we weren’t even going to come back for them, but the fact that this guy was so bothered at the fact we asked about them and felt the need to be totally and completely rude to us.

I have been to this location twice, both times took over half an hour. Display will show that they’re on their way with your food a good 10-15 minutes before it actually comes. Carhops are very friendly and food was correct… But 30 minutes plus, come on.

The food is usually pretty good. The carhops are almost always friendly. I like that. I’ve been a customer of the sonic for a very long time. I will continue to be as long as my experience there is good.
