Depends on who you get to do the food order for you most of the late night employees are awesome they’ll load you up and fill your bowl. Lunch is a 50/50 toss up whether you’re going to get a 1/2 a bowl or a full one as expected based on who is serving you. This is what it looks like after you ask for more twice for and it’s still a 1/2 full bowl.

Every time I come to this location to pick up an online order they look at me and then ignore me and I have to initiate the interaction even if there is no one in line. I am then met with an attitude for simply asking for a side of a sauce that I will gladly pay for if I have to. If you have any further questions for them besides just grabbing your order, they will immediately get annoyed and turn around. I picked up my order that I placed in advance to be picked up about 5 minutes after they opened and the girl at the cashier already had an attitude. Please do better with your customer service, it makes people not want to return or ask for anything extra. The food was good but the atmosphere was not.

At the end of the day, it’s a chipotle. The food is pretty good especially for the money these days. The real star with this place in particular is the awesome staff. Worst chipotle ever. Ordered delivery and my bowl did not contain any of the things I ordered. Bowl looked like it was flipped upside down and now I’m here with a sick baby and inedible food because I don’t like guacamole and it’s all over my bowl. There’s no way to talk to a human to fix this and my door dash driver doesn’t give a crap. All I got is a free entree which I cannot use because delivery minimum is 10$. I spent my last money on this food. 25$ down the drain I want my money back.

Came here maybe 5 months ago for lunch there were I think 7-10 people working. They were so loud carrying on about non work things the women laughing and bantering back and forth so loud it really disrupted my lunch. Have fun but remember your at work and people are trying to eat in peace. When I came out of the restroom is was still going on. I had t I say to them “hey you all are very loud and I didn’t enjoy listening to your conversations.”” There was no supervision. Since then there is a noticable difference in a supervisor presence and the staff is now keeping the volume down and the patrons can enjoy their meal. I haven’t had a bad visit since

Today I walked in (easily because the door was open) went up to the counter to order dinner, immediately noticed the influx of flies all around the signs and food preparation stations. I then promptly walked out and ordered nothing. It’s not acceptable to be preparing food that flies are crawling all over. We were looking for lunch on a long drive from Maine to New York. Chipotle seemed like a great option however we were nervous about the 3 star rating at this location. So we decided to read some of the reviews. We remarked at how strange it is that some people take so much time to write long review of fast food restaurants. Many people complained about portion size however the man in front of me in line got the largest burrito I have ever seen at any chipotle, and I go to chipotle a lot. Lovely staff created a welcome environment for weary travelers and the burrito gave me the necessary energy to continue our journey. Would go again

Honestly had not been to chipotle in a couple years but figured I’d give it another shot. Not the best reviews here so I was a bit skeptical of this location but pleasantly surprised. All 3 workers I encountered making my bowl were quick and friendly. I got a reasonably full bowl and they did not skimp out on the portion of meat. The bowl is $13, more expensive than it’s been in the past but what isn’t? Good enough amount of food for the price, and better than expected.

My family and I placed an online order and got two bowls and one burrito. All of the food items were supposed to contain veggies and there were none to be found. Everything in the bowls and burrito was not proportionate at all and we barely had any protein. There was also a mix up with the rice and we received white rice when we had ordered brown. It’s a bit frustrating because of how costly chipotle can be and I want to be able to enjoy the food I ordered.
