Arrived at drive thru a couple of minutes before 4 to get half price 2-4 drinks. Was right behind the vehicle at the ordering speaker. Set there over 5 minutes before car in front of me ordered and moved forward. They charged me the full price for my drink. It was their fault the line wasn’t moving yet they decided I was the one to pay the penalty.

The speaker or screen was frozen up, so the lady inside came out and took our order when she realized she couldn’t hear us. Couldn’t find a steak sandwich anywhere in town. It was huge but so good!

I have to be fair and give a lower review this time. Usually I am very forgiving of small mistakes, but this one was not so small. The wife and I placed an online order to pick up on the way to the Airport. We got our bag of food and drove down the road. When the wife checked the bag, she noticed that the Crispy Chicken Sandwich with cheese she ordered turned into a grill cheese sandwich. We checked the receipt and it showed that she had ordered a Crispy Chicken Sandwich with cheese. I turned around and drove back, parked in a stall, and let them know about their mistake. An employee came out and retrieved the grill cheese and receipt. The brought back a Crispy Chicken Sandwich, but it didn’t have the cheese on it. At that point, we just took the L and went on our way.

Out of the two Sonic restaurants in Ardmore, this one is hands down better. Consistency is key, and when it comes to the coffee, here it’s certainly present. Keep up the good work. Way to make a budget coffee into a Starbucks challenger.

This location almost always messes up my order they never let you know if there out of something until you have your order or you find out yourself. The people like to use cleaning products outside in the wind and Dont care if people get hit with it. On December 10th the big overnight manager messed up my order 3 times then decided to speak to me condescendingly and demeaning they apparently think coney means 2 hot dogs on a bun bridged by a tot also they over salted my food and only mustard apparently means no mustard extra all other sauces i fill targeted and blatantly lied to i will never eat from this terrible location again i hope you dont either

Horrible. Ordered a super sonic double cheeseburger, 12 piece boneless wings, and a large cheese tot. The burger had two small patties on it from what looked like for a kids meal burger. I sent it back. They fixed and appologized, said they had new people in kitchen.
