Can’t even get a simple order right not to mention they didn’t give me my sauce.. no onions no pickels… the pattys so smashed it literally looks like they put one patty… so much for BOGO..which i asked for extra… it come added to the smash burger which is hilarious… its just fast food come on yall.. store was also empty… and had to wait after I placed my order yall lucky I had to come back to work. over 13min… I would have been fine if the buffalo sauce was there but it wasn’t a d it really makes me think about how they half ass these burgers if it was traffic hour I’d understand..

Worst Sonic Ive been too in my 21 years of living, first the person who brought my food out was extremely rude like a robot and literally threw the straws for my only 2 drinks in my car window when i was being as nice as possible, i work 7/11 overnight every weekends i know how bad a minimun wage job is and deal with all types of people all day but still dont treat people as bad as she does its sad, also my girlfriend ordered a toaster to not even be toasted at all, and ordered large fries and medium tatertots and literally not even half way full, never had such a bad experience from a sonic in my life so trust me when i say this. avoid this sonic at all cost its not worth it

Fell off HARD. If you change anything from the base order, expect it to be wrong. Change a side from a medium to a large? Expect to spend the extra money but still get a medium. Ask for any sauce? Expect to not get even a single packet or cup in the bag. Wait times are always long and any time you ask for corrections the staff has the worst attitude about it

Just plain horrible, spent over 20$ and ordered a large tator tot and it was the size of a extra small… rude employees and told me they couldn’t give me a side of mayo.. told them about my tator tots they took the container and came back out with a small tator tot instead of the large I asked for… you can’t make this up will never come back here again

Not too bad for sonic. Fast. Hot. As ordered. Only thing I have negative isn’t the stores issue. It’s that the pretzel is not as good as it used to be and paying for cheese(cold) is weird.
Edit: I ordered during the BOGO free burger deals. The second burger was supposed be a double but was a single. Still tasted great but disappointing.

I received 2 large Corn chips and chili, I don’t know the technical name but one of them had ONIONS! I have never seen onions on this dish. I was so upset that I split it out of my mouth and threw the rest away! We paid extra for extra cheese and chili. So what a waste of $6.00 and change.

It’s 11:45 they turned off the lights. Won’t make specialty drinks, won’t serve the queso, made us move our car bc it’s cold outside and they didn’t want to walk far to our car. This is the only location open that’s the only reason I ever come here bc the workers are rude. Not staying open as late as your suppose to is not cool either we drove from across town.
