Wow! Just wow! What a wonderful experience. The moment we walked in, my wife and I were greeted by 3 team members. The restaurant is clean and beautiful. Or waitress, Xavier was pleasant and checked on us regularly. She was nice and polite and really made us feel welcomed. And the food was perfect!!!! We live up north and most IHOPS are just not very impressive or completely disappointing but this one should be a model for their whole chain.

But food was disgusting and disappointing me and my husband got hungry in the middle of the night and decided to go eat. We went to like 4 different waffle houses all were only takeout so we decided IHOP. But the food was horrible. First I had to get it remade bc the bacon and stuff was cold then the syrup was basically water. The server got the food back out and it was decent the 2nd time around but the syrup made my pancakes watery and falling apart soggy. Bacon looked barely cooked. Never again. A 2year old can cook better food then this probably

Before heading out on the road again, my husband and I hosted a Men’s UNITY Breakfast at the IHOP on College Drive. We spoke with the owner in advance, and he was very accommodating about holding our meeting there.
On the morning of the event, our waitress Amanda greeted us warmly and provided excellent service. She was attentive to every attendee, keeping coffee and drinks filled and taking orders with care.
The meals arrived hot and fresh. My husband and I ordered the breakfast burritos, which were light, flavorful, and wrapped perfectly. All of our attendees were pleased with their meals.

Food was good. The service was what made the difference. The waitress was attentive, friendly and always available. The manager stopped by no less than 3 time to make sure everyone was good and if we needed anything. I would recommend.

A classic, oldie but goodie that doesn’t break the bank My daughter’s fav spot to eat! I love all the pancake flavors and that they’re always trying new things seasonally!! My waitress is always usually nice and it seems like it’s never packed or a wait when I go.

We got sat by the host immediately, he was so kind. We got to our table. Xavier came after 5 mins to let us know she had to take out a tables food and she’ll be back to take our drink and food order. 20 mins go by she’s finally brings said food out, the table gets sat behind us (one of hers) now two tables are going on a miss greet. Finally comes after 30 mins to take drink and food order. I ordered a Dr Pepper. Waited 15 mins to get said drink, not even Dr Pepper it’s pepsi. Brings food to table, doesn’t see if we need anything else, let her know i didn’t order a prepsi, she leaves comes back with Dr Pepper. She goes to walk off, I have no syrup for my pancakes, so I ask. As a manager of a restaurant myself, I feel like a manager should have been table touching. Finally do see a manager he checks on every table but ours… really wasn’t surprised at this point… I love ihop but not anymore… we usually have Brenda and she is so awesome. Maybe she should have trained Xavier…

Made my steak incorrectly then refused to make it the correct way. Server had an attitude and tried to antagonize me when I asked for it be corrected. Very rude. I’m visiting from out of town and had a terrible experience at this location. Slow service, sassy staff. Manager tried to regain control of the situation, but I’d already gotten fed up.
