Ordered our food there. Cheeseburger no mayo/ mustard only with veggie. Got home and this was my surprise! I had to rake everything off and stuff for a mustard only burger. Everytime we go to this location it is always messed up. Never again! Pay attention to the orders

This is my go-to Sonic. When I first started eating here, I was disappointed, everything was substandard. Then the owner turned it around, and it became the Sonic that we all know and love. But this visit, was as it used to be, horrible. The food was cold, and the ingredients were extremely stingy. The cheese wasn’t even melted on our burgers , and the there was very little chili or cheese on my chili cheese dog. I am very disappointed.

I have been meaning to leave a review at this store for a while now. EVERY SINGLE TIME I come to this Sonic, the customer service is OUT OF THIS WORLD FANTASTIC!!! Everyone is always SO kind, SO helpful and SO SO lovely to speak with. They truly have great management here because they make sure the workers greet the customer and are extremely pleasant. I even gave the manager compliments one time because it never fails. EVERYTIME this restaurant gets it RIGHT. Never any mistakes with my order either. I was even short some change for an order one time and they covered it for me. Always so sweet and kind. Thank you all at Sonic on Douglas for being so wonderful

1- we placed a mobile order in enough time that should have been ready
2- we sat at the window for ever minutes before even being acknowledged.
3-we bought two full size breakfast burritos and they were $4.49 ea- they were handed to us THE SIZE OF A SNACK SIZE! Absolutely ridiculous! (See photo)

Best Sonic in town… Most places don’t even give so much as a “thank you” nowadays, this place really focuses on customer service! So friendly! Great food. Won’t go to any other Sonic.

I came in on 12/5/22 and ordered 2 chicken baskets. After I ordered the car hop came out and said they were out of gravy and asked if another sauce would work. I let her know she could put ranch in both. I received my food and made it home and this is what I received. The chicken strips wouldnt be big enough for my 10 year old nephew. On top of I’m guessing they scrapped the sides of the the gravy bowl and served it to us……no ranch. I called and spoke to the manager who assured me they were out of gravy. I completely waisted my time and money…unacceptable!

My husband ordered the large popcorn chicken and his first batch come with barely any sauce at all. So he went & asked then to actually do it right & add the sauce to it. Then the manager argued saying this is what the give with the popcorn chicken, and went to take it inside to add more and dropped the food on the floor and so we waited for the new few just to have them give the new batch the exact same. Both my husband & I have worked at different sonic locations in the past, and THIS IS NOT HOW YOU MAKE IT! We will not be coming back. The service & workers need to work on doing their job & not arguing with a customer. A manager should be adding to the business not causing issues & being lazy.

2 days ago I stopped by for a burger and large cherry limeaide drink had 0 actual cherries in it and 0 limes. Just a full cup of ice and syrup mixed with water.
Today I got a #3 and my medium fried were half filled with what seemed like the bottom of the batch of over cooked fry crumbs.
Seems like cutting corners..

On my lunch I stopped by to pick up lunch and disgustingly after eating most to all my food. I found a long dark hair in my food under the toast. Which is so nasty. I feel sick to my stomach and I most definitely will not be returning to this sonic. Which sucks since it’s so close to home and work. I’m really not happy and I hope this matter gets fixed as soon as possible please.
