I decided to go inside, rather than use the drive through, as I usually do. The restaurant is very clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly, and the food arrived quickly. The most interesting, and cool, thing is their drink dispenser. About the size of a Red Box machine, it is self-serve. A large screen displays all of their offerings, and they are many, perhaps 2 dozen or more. Coke, alone, had about a dozen varieties… cherry, vanilla, etc., plus all the diet variants. Options included displaying only diet or no-caffeine versions. Very cool! I had a Jumbo Jack. Always good. I recommend this place.

These guys don’t listen to your order, mess it up and blame on on you. Thankfully they refunded my money quickly. When you ask for a number 14 with no drink, how do you end up with three sets of chicken strips with just one fry? How do you figure I want three sets of chicken strips but one fry when I order one meal? Not the first time an order has been messed up at this location and it’s frustrating.

Redemption! I visited this jack in the box out of convenience and alas I was greeted with kind efficient service. I ordered lunch and breakfast items and every thing i ordered is in my bag. well packaged, fresh, and tasty. I’m pretty sure the lovely lady whom assisted me is a manager and i can see why..much appreciated and excellent work ☺

This is not my first visit to Jack and the Box, especially this location. I am surprised though by the product that we just received. The burgers were swimming in grease. It has even ruined my jeans by leaking through the paper. Attached is a photo of a Ultimate Cheeseburger and there is so much grease in the wrapping it is hard to pick up the burger. Along with that, the fries we were given were cold.

Drive thru: Is it FAST? Yes. As long as it’s not when other people are in line? Is it FOOD? I guess so. You probably won’t be telling people you feel “nourished,” but will it give you the strength to go on?? Also, probably no. But you might. It’s fast food, what do you expect?
