The lady was quite rude to me even after I had to wait 15 minutes to get my order. I ordered my food through the app. When I went to pick it up I had to wait another 15 minutes and then she questioned my character by asking whether or not the order was mine when I had told her it was. I guess she assumed that I was trying to scam them even though I knew exactly what my order was when she walked out by saying “it’s the cheeseburger and cookie dough blast.

The carhop was very sweet, and she genuinely didn’t know that my blast didn’t come out with the rest of my order. She happily brought it to me. Unfortunately, the blast was not what or how I ordered it, nor was my Cherry Limeade. My blast was supposed to be a medium and also have whipped cream.

If I could give a 0 star I would. I came here today to get food for lunch. When the lady came onto the speaker, right off the bat she was very rude. I brushed it off and gave her my order and she proceeded to ring up the wrong order and actually added stuff onto the order that made the price way higher. When I told the lady I didn’t ask for chili on my burger, she responded back with “ well we don’t have a button for peanut butter”. Complete attitude and very unprofessional, so I asked for someone else and that person also had a very rude attitude and extremely unprofessional. I understand happy hour and even at times things can become stressful. In this situation tho, the lady needed to take a break and breathe because the attitude was definitely uncalled for. Sonic’s management needs to step up and actually do something with the unprofessionalism. It’s not even about the food, it’s about respect.

I don’t know what happened to this location, used to be my favorite. They seldom get my order correct now. I order through the app so there is no reason to constantly get the order wrong. I even tip through the app but no more, no one checks the order before they take it out so why tip ahead of time.

I had very quick service at the drive through. The drive through attendant, Keke, was very efficient and friendly. Fries came out hot and was very pleased with my experience at this Sonic location off of Western.

I’ve been coming this Sonic for a few years due to its location to work. This is the ONLY reason it gets 2 stars, convince. 6/10 times the order is not correct. Hope you don’t mind waiting a long, long, long, time. Going through the drive, I’ve waited long enough for grass to grow and eventually go to a stall. Once again tonight , I paid for a double cheese, I get a single. Waste of 20 min of my life on a mobile order thats inaccurate.

If I could put 0 stars I would. Worst experience at a sonic ever. Got my order wrong 3 times. I ordered a burger with no sauce and no pickles, and a cherry limeade they brought me a cheesecake shake and a burger with sauce. I told them it was wrong and they said it’s what’s on the receipt. I sent it back but they didn’t refund me for the shake. They said they would remake my burger and it had pickles on it and no onions. Manager is so rude and condescending. Randomly added mozzarella sticks to my order when I didn’t order it and had to ask them to take it off. I genuinely will never go back to this sonic.

Everytime my family and I have been here we have received terrible customer service. Most times we’re asked to wait to order, and then not receive our order for a considerable time. And then met with every worker having an attitude, as if we were bothering them.
Today’s experience, we were in the drive in stall, were told to wait 5-10 minutes just to order and then abruptly told to order with a very rude tone. Then the server came to us asking for the money before the food came out, and when asked for the food first he gave us attitude. When we did get our food we talked very nicely to him and he didn’t even say anything.
Also I’ve been to a lot of Sonic’s but this one- the food has always been mediocre, and very salty.
Overall disappointing every time.
