I ordered two ice cream blasts and I tipped as well one shake was completely melted not even cold anymore the other was fine but barely had any Oreos , I called to talk to someone no one picked up. Waste of money also had to sit in the parking lot for almost 10 minutes waiting for the drinks and it wasn’t even that busy!

The drinks here are really, really good! But, the service is sooooooooooooooooooooo slow. I only order drinks and I place my orders through the app and it still takes them at least 5 or 10 minutes to bring it outside to my car. The drinks are so good, that I hate to go to another Sonic but I also hate my time being wasted for a simple drink. I will add that the manager Matt is super nice though.

Arrived at 3:55 pm to get a drink. Happy hour ended at 4:00 pm. I waited SIX minutes with order light pressed and at 4:01 pm…they wouldn’t honor the Happy Hour price. I pushed the button at 3:55 pm. Poor customer service.

Stop going to this Sonic this is not the first time but several times they have just kept my change when I use cash. I usually always give a tip a dollar but today they picked the wrong day when they just automatically took the dollar and tried to tell me that that was the correct change sorry honey I know how to count do not go here

The woman taking my order rushed me and when I told her to slow down she said “most people know what they want.” Do you know how many times I had to tell someone what comes on a burger they’ve had for years? There were only 2 cars in the parking lot. Definitely not enough to rush me and be rude. She then said “push the button when you’re ready.” I was ready until she started rushing me and being rude, then I get distracted. So maybe teach some basic customer service skills here.

Sunday I went order 2 breakfast toaster & a drink,I told the lady taking order that the drink on screen was wrong,she said it wasn’t on her side so I waited for drink,got the drink IT WAS WRONG. The order was wrong a girl ran out to my car & said can I check your sack wrong order,then while waiting on drink I was brought my order,then a few minutes later brought my drink. Drink was still wrong & food was cold no apology or anything. Ill go to another Sonic even tho this one is in my neighborhood.

Had food delivered. Barely any sauce on the popcorn chicken as you can see in picture. Also ordered pretzel which was good. Got a sweet tea and it was unsweet so not best trip to sonic but this was also first time i ate at this location
