I would rate 0 stars if I could. Pulled in stall and ordered via app as usual. 7:20 am, store appears open as doors are moving in the wind. Online ordering was on but my food never came watched as people went thru drive thru also with no assistance while I waited for over 25 minutes. This store lost 5 customers business in that 20 minutes and that’s just from what I could see. Never have had issues like this and I guess I’ll continue to go to a different location.

Sitting at the stall for 15 minutes waiting on 2 drinks when there was hardly customers there. 10 minutes after my drinks were due I buzzed the cashier and they said “I was just waiting for you to buzz in, I can’t walk on the ice. You’re going to have to come around and get it.” FYI THERE WAS NO ICE, ITS MELTED. She just lets me sit there waiting on her to now do her job.

Terrible customer service. I always use the Sonic app to get 50% off drinks when it’s not happy hour and tried repeatedly but the app kept saying “experiencing technical difficulties, please try again later”. So I finally went through the drive thru to order our drinks and they charged me full price. When I showed them at the window that the app didn’t work and asked if they would still honor the 50% off she just shrugged me off and said there’s nothing they could do and that they don’t control the app. But I know they can control their pricing and they could have just done the right thing and tried to make it right and honor the 50% off because everyone knows their full price drinks are so overpriced it’s not even worth it. And my limeade tastes flat and like it has no syrup in it at all. I will not be going back. The customer is always right, but apparently they never learned that lesson. I can’t believe how horribly rude the girl was at the window.

Waited at drive up window behind car in front of me for 5 minutes while I was on my lunch break. Got to the window waited 10 minutes and nobody ever even came up to me. Had to leave without lunch. This location is inconsistent on a good day. I know better than to stop here.

Awful. Placed an order on the app and waited almost 15 minutes. No sauce provided with the mozzarella sticks, and they tasted like old fry oil. Gross. Never again.

The food is as you expect from any sonic. I’ve definitely had worse. But the people here are amazing. The customer service is absolutely fantastic. Doesn’t matter who you get, or what time of day you go, there will be polite, kind, and friendly service. Definitely a nice change of pace since you can generally guarantee shitty service at any fast food place, but not this sonic.

If I could give zero stars I would. I don’t visit this location often because there is always some sort of issue with my food. This morning I decided to give then another shot as they are the closest location to job. As I was eating my food I got half way through my tots and there was what looks like public hair . I immediately through my whole order in the trash. This is disgusting. I will be contacting the store manager for a full refund of order.

Why are you guys so stingy about sauce? I swear, the past few times I put in an order through the app and SPECIFICALLY request marinara sauce, I literally never get it. One time, maybe a year ago I forgot to put in that I wanted marinara sauce on the app and when I asked the carhop about it, they very passive-aggressively asked, “Well, did you put it in on the app?” As if that’s the qualifier for getting what I ordered. Well, that’s now what I’ve been doing the past several times I’ve been here and they still always skip on the sauce! Next time I’ll be sure to double check before I take off with my food, but please do better and give people what they order.

Sonic is an Oklahoma staple, but since when is it expected of customers at any fast food place to tip the workers? I’ve worked my share of fast food places. I never expected to receive a tip. If a customer gave me one, much appreciated but by no means am I expecting one. I said all that because when I went to pay with card it wanted me to add a tip. Wouldn’t let me hit 0. Transaction timed out and carhop has to manually enter my info.

Worst Sonic EVER!!

Dont bother with the Car Bays, pulled in and hit the button waited between 5-10 minutes and never got an answer – and – yes, the button was activated.
Pulled out of the spot and went thru the drive thru. Ordered kinda quickly, but waited at least 5 minutes behind the car in front of me and then another 5 for my order after paying for it at the window.
To finalize everything – look at the picture – do you see any sausage in my burrito?!?!?

My first job was at a Sonic. I am critical about Sonics, but this is the new standard of LOW!!!
