Good place with decent food. There are nice people working at this restaurant. The service was good but it takes a while if you need to order the food there and wait. Best to do is call in and pick up.
Food wise, the macaroni salad needs a bit more salt and seasoning. It’s a bit dense and does not have much taste to it. I asked that the egg be over easy, but they are a bit overcooked. I think the overcook came from the warm meat in the To-go box it ended up cooking the eggs a bit more than I like. The meat was fantastic just needs more gravy to finish the food.
I’ll come back for something different.

I love this L&L of all the locations I ONLY get food from them! Auntie is the best, as the owner of this location she is giving generous and very loving to her customers.
The food is on point! They always serve fresh and bomb tasting food no matter what you’re ordering from the musubi to their short ribs! The prices are very reasonable and definitely beats any other spot.

This place is an absolute must! So far, I have only eaten the Loco Moco and the macaroni salad because it is just that good! I have visited this location three times, and it was consistently delicious. Fast and friendly service, clean restaurant and bathrooms. There are lots of choices, even for beverages. Highly recommended. I plan to update my post once I’ve tried more dishes, but something tells me the food is wonderful no matter what you order.

My favorite place to go for Hawaiian in Federal Way. The portion sizes are fantastic for the price and the quality is consistent every time. My go tos are the loco moco, chicken katsu, and bbq chicken. The chicken is cooked nicely and not dry.

Was in town for business and did not feel like leaving the hotel to go get food so I ordered food and had it delivered. It did take a while even though it was less than 4 miles from the hotel but it was definitely worth it. The food is delicious, everything was very tasty

I had an extremely disappointing customer service experience. I called in and placed an order, then picked it up shortly afterward. At the register, I confirmed the order with the employee, and she acknowledged it. However, when I got home, I realized I had received the wrong item. I called back and spoke to the same employee, but she insisted that I hadn’t ordered what I clearly told her I had. Instead of offering a solution, she essentially told me to deal with it.

We arrived 30- minutes prior to closing. We were greeted by a glare and told we couldn’t dine in. We had our 2 school aged children with us, and were there late due to an family emergency. We were excited to see L&L as it is a favorite that we don’t have near us. The rude (older lady) , said ” Ok bye” as she turned us away. If you don’t want business you probably should be looking for another line of work. Shame on you!
