Went later in the evening…after 10 pm. Ladies were nice and friendly but…we were told that they were waiting on fries for our order to be done…nothing about that food was fresh nor good!!! Fries were so hard you couldn’t eat them…tator tots tasted 3 days old…burgers were mushy, had no tomato, and were smashed together so much that the lettuce was in the cheese…needless to say we won’t be back.

I wasn’t too hungry for lunch so I went to the Sonic on Porter as it’s close to my office- 3 minutes. I ordered a medium mozzarella sticks with marinara and a medium unsweet tea with lemon. The total was $8.68. That seemed like a lot for such a small order but whatever. I paid with a $10 and told the drive thru person to keep the change. I get back to my office and there’s no marinara. Okay, it’s only 3 minutes away. So I go back thru the drive thru and when I get to the window I’m met by a manager who starts asking all kinds of questions. Was this an app order? Was it an order for Melissa? No, it was an order for me in the drive thru about 3 minutes ago. I showed him my sonic bag and drink. Then he starts saying you have to order them with your food, so I let him know I did order them with my food. Then he says. “Oh okay well I’ll give them to you this time, but they are normally 10 cents each. Next time you’ll want to order it in the app..” I stopped him right there. I shouldn’t have to argue to get the condiments I asked for. I would have gladly paid for it if he had just led with that. But telling me he will “give them to me this time” is ridiculous and unprofessional. I wasn’t asking for special treatment and I’m certainly not trying to scam a Sonic out of a single marinara cup. I told him next time I’ll drive to Arby’s and he started screaming at me that he’s just trying to help me out. Don’t get me started on the scam of having one price in the app and one price when you order in person. Now I’m all ticked off over a simple marinara and that’s so stupid. AND my mozzarella sticks were cold and rock hard after all of that. This is the second time I’ve had a bad experience at this location and only the second time I’ve been there. I won’t be back for a third.

I don’t usually do reviews because no news is good news. But today I waited 50 mins at the drive in just for my food. I actually was worried that my order was taken and I’ll be waiting another 40 mins for nothing. Usually it takes for food from Sonic 10-15 mins which is understandable even when during high times no more than 17 mins. But making a customer worry for something means that my order was more than likely lost. I’m extremely disappointed that I had to get out of my car and have to ask where my food was. The lady who was running the meals was polite and apologized but it still did not excuse that they can send someone else out to help her out or service thir customers properly.
Edit: I’m eating the food. I got an Mastershake oreo cheesecake, a combo #3 and a small mozzarella sticks and all my food it cold and the drink is melted. This is just terrible.

Never going back. Ordered an ultimate meat and cheese burrito, got given a super sonic breakfast burrito. Went back to get it fixed and “the grill was down” even though the i heard the person in front of me order a burger (they wouldn’t accept the order if the grill was really down). The part that sealed the deal was having to eat the bill because the sonic app is awful with refunds, and the lady that spoke with me was more interested in picking and cleaning underneath her nails than actually trying to fix the problem, and that was the rest of my money until payday, and have to skip lunch today now.

I ordered a #11 with tator totes & a banana shake. The tots weren’t hot as a matter a fact they was hard, cold and to salty, so I told the man. Carhop came and retrieved the cold, hard tots. I told him thank you, he left with the tots. It wasn’t to long and the carhop brought out some very hot, fresh and just a little salty. So I thought I was going get to enjoy my meal but I think the shake didn’t have a bit of bananas.in it. Needless to say I threw everything in the trash except the chicken that was on my sandwich. Came home and wrote this. I Will Not be going back to that Sonic. The one on Porter across from the salvation army.

Worst experience in any restaurant. Ordered 2 Jr Deluxe cheeseburgers to about 15 min then asked and lady went were busy and trying to catch up. I said i ordered 10 min before she delivered anothers food. The guy who order after me waited 15 min too. Manager came out and said my order was takin out a while ago. And they lost other customers. Bad food ,bad service MGR seems like she could care less. Should have asked for refund.

Great sonic. Fast service. Their drinks are good, not watered down like some some sonics. Fresh food. Car hops are very nice and go above and beyond.
