This was an Uber Eats delivery and it came fairly quickly too! The packaging was cool and food was hot still. My desert was not good as the one I ordered was unavailable so a substitute was sent. The substitute was horrible. It didn’t even come with the cherry nor whip cream. It was hard and I thought all tres leches was soft. It was not flavorful at all. The chips and dip were great I think and the cheese dip was a smoky flavor which made it very good. The enchiladas were ok but the tortillas were flour and not corn as I requested.

Costa vida is better, the food here had less flavor, almost watered down. The ride was regular rice, no lime or cilantro. The place was clean and bathrooms were great. The employees were not happy to have customers. They glared at us, my young daughter asked me why they hated us.. So maybe they were having a bad day.

Every visit to Café Rio in Rock Springs is absolutely fantastic! The staff here are some of the friendliest and most hardworking people around, always welcoming with a smile and quick to make sure everything is just right. The food is consistently hot, fresh, and cooked perfectly every time. You can tell they take pride in what they do and genuinely care about their customers. It’s rare to find a place that’s this customer service–forward, but they’ve nailed it. Definitely one of my favorite spots to grab a meal in Rock Springs!

The food is pretty good, and most of the time the servers are nice but man fo they act like they don’t want to be there. Also the kids meal “side of fruit” is a single small slice of orange. I do appreciate the tables are always clean.

I think the Google rating is 4.2, I would like to say for myself it is more 3.5, why? The food is fresh and over all very good. The signage and the employee communication is lacking. They communicate very little. For someone just trying it out, they are likely to get a poor impression because they simply don’t know how to order. So, if you go there all the time you probably love it. If you’ve never been, your experience will probably be lacking. In summary, is it good? Yes. It’s on the higher end of the pricing scale but it is very fresh and well made. Just take your time and ask questions. Make them answer. Don’t order until you are sure what you are getting and it will be fine.

Having never eaten at a Cafe Rio I had no idea what to expect. Man, what a pleasant surprise. I was a little nervous because there was a long line, but long lines mean good food right? Well they did not disappoint. The line moved relatively fast. I ordered the tostada with chicken. BEST TOSTADA I HAVE EVER EATEN!!! If I am ever in a town with a Cafe Rio again, I will make sure to be eating here rather than Chipotle or QDoba!!

Literally, every time I order from this store, they get my order wrong. I promised myself after the fourth time I wasn’t going to order from you guys again, but it sounded really yummy tonight but once again, I am left disappointed. The first it happened there was no sauce at all on my burrito and I thought it was an accident, no big deal I get that sometimes mistakes happen especially when it’s a busy night. It happened 2 more times after that, but was really gets me is they forgot the double meat in my burrito that I paid EXTRA for. I took a few bites and realized there was no meat AT ALL. I love cafe rio I think the food is so so good but i am beyond disappointed and upset. What a waist of my money

My fiancée and I love going to Café Rio, but today was not a good experience we ordered door dash and my food came wrong they added black beans and im allergic to black beans. So we went in to get it fixed and they fixed it with no problem but when the to go lady handed it to us she throw it on the counter. It was not very professional and over all not a good experience.

I came in to pickup an order and one of the women was preparing food while talking on her cell phone, cross contaminating everything.
Surprise surprise my order was wrong as well. Almost like she was distracted. She had a silver case on her phone, didnt get thr name. This happened at 3pm, January 16th.

Order was completely wrong. Ordered quesadilla, burrito, and bowl. Picked up the order. The bag had the receipt with my name and exact order on it. Looked into the bag and it was a different order of two salads with a doordash receipt hidden inside the bag. Brought it back to the store to be fixed and still forgot items I payed extra for. Not going back. Every problem is a leadership problem.
