Been to this location about 5 times . 4 of those times were great !! This time however , things were different . Started off by having to wait way longer than usual , Ordered a 5 piece tender combo and 2 double smasher combos . only got 4 tenders and they were either overcooked or the grease needed changing . I said I wanted large fries and drinks with my other 2 combos and only got a small handful of fries . Even though we ordered tenders , we were charged for the groovy sauce ??? It’s always came with the tenders in the past , not sure when they started charging ?? Crazy too cause I was just bragging about this sonic and I even tipped more this time than normal and then this happened . I rarely eat fast food anymore because of these type of problems , not sure I’ll be going back here as often after this .

There’s a reason I don’t leave tips at this sonic, main reason is customer service is always bad, half the staff acts like its a burden to do their job, hardly smile, and and just seem like they could care less(theres 2 ladies in the morning that are absolutely amazing and always greet me with a smile and a goodmorning) . I didn’t realize this location opens at 8am (on a sunday nonetheless) for customers, sat in the lot for about 25 minutes before I realized what the deal was, would’ve taken the employees all but 5 seconds to answer the machine or step outside and let me know they didn’t open til 8 and I could’ve went on about my day. If customer serviced improved it’d be a great location, never have any complaints on the actual food

Ate in the dining room, which is devoid of human contact. Kitchen is separated by doors and a 1-way mirror. You order at a kiosk via a very static sounding intercom, slide your credit card, and pay for your order (Tip requested). Then someone brings out your food and you never see anyone again. Through the slats in the frosted glass doors you can see everyone standing around as they have few customers.
On to the food, fries were cold and dry, a bit overcooked as well. Oreo shake was a joke, not even blended, large chunks of oreo on the bottom (1 was almost 1/2 a cookie) then foamy barely cold milk like substance poured over the top. The chili was fine as far as fast food restaurants go, but the “All Beef” 1/4lb Foot Long hot dog completely lacked any flavor, just rubbery, it could have been Tofurky for all I could tell. If it was truly 100% Beef it must have been 50% “Pink Slime”.
I haven’t been to many Sonic’s but this is one to avoid

We stopped in on our way home to Choctaw. As some may know the Choctaw Sonic has been sucking for some time now and people said try the Sonic in Jones. Hooray! Sonic of Jones, Oklahoma was great. Service was fast, food was hot and cooked right, and the order was exactly what we ordered. The carhop was friendly and prompt and just like the old days the service was at the speed of sound. Thanks Sonic, please have your management team go to Choctaw Sonic and teach them how to run a restaurant.

Terrible. Site show busy time with only 6 cars? Popcorn chicken was old, chewy and soggy. Tots had been sitting and greasy. Not at all what I experienced on my previous visit.

This is twice now we have had terrible food and service at this establishment. Not one other customer was in the business when we arrived. Employees were sitting outside, leaning against the wall, texting on their phones. We were in a hurry and Sonic was the only place open. 2 hot dogs and a corn dog were all we wanted and they couldn’t get it right with no customers in the business. Everything was cold, buns were old and stale, and tasted terrible. I asked them to come get it and heat it up and they refused. They said they are not allowed to reheat food. But they could make new ones. By this time we had to get going and the employee’s didn’t seem very enthusiastic so I gave them their food back and left. Absolutely unacceptable how no customers can be in a business and they screen up the one order that’s in front of them. Unbelievable. Clearly, these employees need more responsible supervision than they are getting.

I ordered online and since my driver’s side door window is broken I have to open my door. Everything was going okay while receiving my items, then as I was setting the last item in my passenger seat this lady shut MY door before I could touch it. Thank God I didn’t have my foot out to hold it open this time.
