This is the 3rd time in a row that we’ve had issues at this Sonic. The first 2 times the food was wrong. The first time I waited over 30 mins for my mobile order that ended up being wrong. This time the food was right but it was very low quality and old. I had 2 coneys that were thrown together with old hot dogs, and these tiny beat up chicken strips (pictured). At $4.19 for a 3 piece, I expect more. I would be ashamed to serve this. Do better.

Pulled in here because me and my wife were hungry, but truly not big on Sonics because the last 5 to 6 different locations we have been too was not goof and sonic has changed so much but this location I’d definitely eat at again if I was around the location. Food was absolutely fresh, the Patty’s seemed bigger than most locations, and my toast was excellent. Service was fast as well for the food being so fresh. Their setup is awesome as well, and there’s a play area for kids and a spot to have parties.

I’ve been noticing a decline in how they get things right. I just came in about 15 minutes ago to get food and a drink. I ordered a root beer and got a Pepsi. The tots had a burnt taste to them like the grease hasn’t been changed. I tried calling them and no answer. I called corp and it was like my concern didn’t matter. Instead of offering a comp meal or a refund, he said all he can offer is a mini milkshake. I spent 14-15 dollars and it was wrong and food is burnt and I get 4 dollar comp item. Sonic has taken a huge fall in customer service and in the way they do things. We have to pay more for crappier food. I’ll just drive norman from now on to get something better.

My sandwich should have had tomato and instead they put pickle? So confused. It also looked like someone sat on it. The fries were a bit tough. The best part was my small vanilla shake which was beautiful (I forgot to take a picture).
The girl at the window was lovely.

The food I received tonight was a cold nasty mess! I was too afraid to ask them to fix it. I didn’t want it spat on. It was bad enough we recooked it just to try to salvage something. I hope they all get fired. Seriously. Something needs done before people start getting sick.

I had ordered a pretty decent order, for 5 people the morning of homecoming, got our food, ending was right to the tee! Except when I was talking the crust off my toaster I happen to find a long black hair about 6″ long off not longer! There were several people who seen me at the football field just pull this monstrosity of a hair out of my sandwich. Totally disgusting

I am changing my review as the food quality here has seriously declined. 4 out of the last 5 times our food has been either burned or wrong. 2x my onion rings were burned and 2x my grandson ordered 2 hot dogs NO CHILI. The hot dog at the top of order had no chili but the one underneath had chili. Since the orders were to go the problems aren’t seen until you get to where you are going to eat.The manager was informed both times about the onion rings and offered to replace but I should not have to go back to get what I should have received the 1st time.

We tend to come here on Wednesdays after church, and I don’t think that there has been one time ever that we have ever gotten our order right. We placed the order through the app. We get it in this stall delivered to us. Then we have to drive back through the drive through because they missed part of our order today. It was cheddar peppers, last time, it was cheddar peppers the time before that, it was one of our sandwiches. The time before that, it was a tater todds, it just seems that this sonic is definitely not on the ball with how to complete orders in the proper manner when the customer places them and they don’t care to do anything to help the customer for their inconvenience. I definitely will be looking at other restaurants in the area to go to after church on wednesday, nights from now on. This has happened several weeks months years since i’ve lived out here and it doesn’t seem to be ever changing

The service at this Sonic has really gone downhill in the last few months. I don’t know if it’s a change in management or what. The wait times are longer than necessary. The last time I was there, I waited 30 minutes for a kids meal and then had to speak to the manager because the person at the window didn’t give me my change. And, I was just up there today and they didn’t give me my drink at the drive through window. I had to ask for it and it literally was the only thing I ordered.
