Food is good and service is good most of the time. The problem is 2 days in a row this we’re out of stock of a lot of normal stuff. One day they didn’t have tater tots or any ice cream. The very next day they didn’t have fries or most ice cream toppings. This isn’t the only time that his happens. Last food chains shouldn’t constantly be out of very standard items.

Not often you find a sonic with a dine in area. This was a clean sonic that was very busy at the time we stop and still the service was quick, pleasant, and with a smile. The food was excellent quality sonic style fast food.

Food is just never really good. Especially the breakfast food. The people are nice tho. Got breakfast burrito and there was no cheese and egg was very dry and they barely put anything inside. It’s just tortilla. Also found two little hairs.

I’ve attempted to get a strawberry slush here three or four times & it was made incorrectly every single time. After the first time, I had mentioned it wasn’t made right when I went back the second time (no actual flavor, it was just slushed ice). They apologized & said they’d correct it, but gave me the same thing again. Went back again, same thing. Attempted AGAIN today (only because they are closer) & same thing. No other Sonic has ever given me just slushed ice with a dash of strawberries & not even a Sonic in New Mexico did that so I’m not sure what their deal is.

Pulled into 3 different stalls. All order kiosks were broken. Ordered and waited a good bit. Carhop came and said the system didn’t take my card (no notice on screen as such). Paid cash – I will be watching my account.
4 yr old grandson couldn’t eat the chicken strips – fried so hard, old like leather – pic #1 below.
All of my popcorn chicken was just hard, crispy crumbles – pic #2 Only one had the tiniest bit of meat. Sprite and fries were great; but, I won’t go back.

The workers here hardly ever get an order correct, and on the slim chance that they do manage to get your order correct you’ll spend the majority of your time waiting 20+ minutes regularly

I placed a mobile order and checked in at a stall. The screen said my order was on its way, but after 15 minutes I still hadn’t received anything. I pressed the red button and waited another couple of minutes before someone answered. The carhop was polite and apologetic, but he told me they lost my order during a shift change and said a manager would come speak with me. A manager never showed up.
After waiting around 25–30 minutes total, the carhop came back, apologized again, and gave me my food along with a coupon for a 99¢ All American dog. That coupon doesn’t make up for the delay, the lack of accountability from management, or the poor quality of the food. My order wasn’t even hot when I finally got it, just lukewarm, and the dipping sauces I paid for were missing.
This was a really disappointing experience, and I don’t plan on returning.

I swear the drive up stalls take 10x longer than using the drive thru.
The ice cream they use for their milkshakes tastes rotten, and anything fried is bitter as if their fry oil is contaminated with some chemicals???

There is a reason it has been over three years since I have have eaten at this Sonic. Today was a reminder of that reason. After being held up for 15min in drive through, we got our food and headed down the interstate. This store initial give me a single fresh tender with the remaining old as dirt. See the picture. After calling I was told that they would only replace my 2 tenders . Ur team held up drive thru for a single tenders ruined my whole meal. Expect me drive back for two tender. This Sonic is the second worst Sonic only to the one off hwy 9 heading to Norman. Definitely pined in to never ear here again.
