HORRIBLE
Took over an 30 minutes to get any food and we were missing 3 of the 5 meals??!!!!?! If you take that long at least give us our food,
We ended up going to McDonalds, McDonald’s did better astoundingly.
These sonic workers just straight up are fools and should be fired, I’m really annoyed about this, we spent good money just to be denied our food. If I could I’d vote it zero stars, but instead you get one. Be happy.

Attn:mgr Today at 1230 you had some issues. Let me give you some advice. Let the person waiting at the drive thru speaker,something! Like, we’ll be with you in a moment. I waited along with 4 cars behind me for a good 5min. Then I drove up to window and still would not acknowledge me! What a joke.

Went after school to grab some drinks for me and my family. The guy forgot to give me my card back and when I came back was estatic to see us back. He was very kind and returned the card with gift vouchers. Love this sonic so much always a good time

Came here on 21Oct2020 evening to have some snacks. We have ordered strawberry shake, Chilli Tots, Mozarella sticks. Dipping with signature sauce is mouth watering.
We have ordered the items via Voice Kiosk.
Staff came out and hand over the order which is nice thing.

Long wait, food was over cooked. Could not eat all of it. Sonic has become a place I avoid

We ordered 2 corn dogs each, a total of 4, along with an order of fries and onion rings. One of the corn dogs was so badly burned that it wasn’t edible. I took a picture, intending to post on their site.

Originally I placed my order through the sonic app but for some reason on the app there is no option to add extra marinara under the condiment section when customizing your order. So I pull into a stall and buzz the carhops and ask them to please bring “LOTS” of Mariana with my order (I ordered the Small Mozzarella sticks (4 piece) and the guy that came over the loud speaker in the stall acted like he understood the assignment. WELL when we get our order THERES ONLY ONE MARINARA IN THE FREAKING BAG.
Idk how anyone thinks ONE marinara is going to work for 4 mozzarella BETWEEN TWO PEOPLE but I am not pleased by the service.

Whoever the manager is working at 5:03PM PST 7/31/25 at this location was rude, and refused to help.
Called in to try and attempt an inquiry, said he doesn’t know the HR number, said he didn’t know how to transfer, and had a very poor tone of voice as if he did not want to work there.
Please fix this before corporate is formally addressed about a worker with such a poor attitude and attention to detail.
WILL BE TELLING everyone I know to stop doing ANY AND ALL kinds of business here.
