I had a similar bad experience today as another recent reviewer so I decided to review. No acknowledgment at the drive up order screen. It didn’t even seem like the screen was on or lit. I waited a few minutes. The two people in the other order lane ordered just fine. I couldn’t back out so I just drove forward and waited behind the other cars. When I got to the window I explained that I couldn’t order. I was told everything was fine, it works, i had to go back around. I had a passenger that saw that it wasn’t working too, but the guy at the window refused to hear it. I left.

Stopped in for the new impossible whopper 100% whopper 0% beef. It was quit good. Glad to have another fast food option with a decent vegetarian offering. The soda machine had almost half the flavors unavailable. The service was very good. Friendly and fast.

The staff were really friendly at this one. Saw them dealing w/ a rude customer right before us. They handled it well & it didn’t affect their attitude towards us. It can be hard to keep a positive attitude in moments like those so I’d like to commend them for it.

Pulled up to place order..no acknowledgement for several minutes..that was ok we were not in a hurry..then aftr a couple more minutes a message..No Connection..came up on order board. Now I understood why no one was responding. I proceeded to drive up in the pick up window lane to go ahead and at least place my order. I explained why we weren’t able to place order..to the staff member at window..instead of apologizing for the situation..she angrily tells me that i should have waited there despite no service..or came inside.Total lack of customer service!..manager name is Mayra..needs to be at least courtious..even if fake..to customers. I was the one put out by this and not upset about it until I was rudely treated by her.
