I had a terrible experience at this Sonic location. It wasn’t busy at all, yet my order still came out wrong. The first car hop seemed annoyed that the order was wrong. We waited several minutes for a different car hop to return with our order.
She didnt smile.
She didnt day a word. She handed the food to me and took my money. Which we needed change and she decided to take the money and without saying a word she walked away to apparently get change. Leaving without saying a word was very dismissive.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but this visit was unacceptable. I hope management takes steps to improve their staff’s professionalism and accuracy, because this was definitely not the Sonic experience I expect.

I ordered on the app because we were traveling. First she went to the wrong car, which could have been a mistake. But she apologized and I said that was ok! Second, I had explained that my drinks were wrong and that I was missing a drink. That’s when she started with the attitude. She rolled her eyes and walked off. She came back with the missing drink but she wouldn’t fix the other drinks. I pushed the button and explained about the drinks and still no one brought it. The 3 rd time a guy answered and he apologized and a different carhop came and I explained that my daughters can’t drink sweet tea, I even apologized for the confusion. But the disrespect from the first carhop was uncalled for. I will never return to this location

The last several experiences at this particular sonic have been very displeasing. The service here is unacceptable. The car hops are extremely rude (night shift) and the food is terrible. Tonight we get fries thay looked like thay had been left out all day and refried to make them appear fresh. Our car hop started the conversation off “what do you want” no welcome to sonic, hi how are you this evening just what do you want then proceeds to ask after every thing we ordered “are you done?”. After all this we still left a tip because thats just what we do but come on people have some class and care about the job your doing

I visited Sonic Drive-In recently and unfortunately half the stalls were out of order. There was no drive thru option either. The food was decent, but the tots were not hot. I also came here 20 minutes before closing, so maybe it would be a better experience during the day.

THE WORST sonic experience!!! Ordered 10 minutes ahead. Got there and waited FORTY MINUTES. Called after 20 & they said they’d have it right out. So frustrated. I hope I get a refund because we never got our food!!

Awful place they never get anything right I literally was given the wrong order three times and the third time was the same bag and this was the manager that handed it back to me then went on break. One of the lady’s here are so sweet and was stressed by the situation I do not blame her but anytime we get food here it is frustrating and waste gas bc I have to come back to town every time for them to attempt to fix the mistake. And I usually tip but I’m done! My chicken was gross and old and the burger we got was opposite of what we ordered. Also they tried giving me a single burger when I order a double bacon burger which is 2$ more than the meals they were handing back to me. Ik this seems little to some ppl but this truly ruined my appetite and day. I just went to subway bc they actually have fresh food and 9/10 they get it right and have a better attitude while doing it. Everyone besides the girl who ran my order out to me the first was crabby and rude! I am not the only one who has had experience like this here I have several family and friends who have stopped going here bc of the bad experiences and gross food. I have had issues with this place in the past, about 3 years ago I applied for a job and the manager Travis with a birthmark on his face interviewed me and was very optimistic about my application then stated he likes to hire pretty girls to run food out which I was applying for and stated that they could find a position for me in the kitchen then proceeded to not contact me back. Which is completely fine but maybe instead of hiring for looks they should hire people capable of the job at least.

Ordered the chicken tenders combo. I got three tenders that looked more like chicken fries, the crinkle fries were old and tasted like old oil. I did not get the dipping sauce I asked for. I understand, it’s 930 at night, but if you can’t provide decent food, don’t do it at all. I thought the combo came with toast and gravy…I did not get those. I paid over $10 for old food. Not impressed.
