The building has some serious repair issues: several of the stalls were not working and one was blocked with a chair because the orderboard was handing halfway off and there was a lady going stall to stall asking for money. We ordered through the app and they brought our drinks very quickly. The cups were clean with no soda spilled down the side or pooled in the lid. They did bring us the wrong drinks, but the young lady that replaced them was very apologetic. Summary: don’t just a book by its cover, service is fast and friendly, but check your order before you depart!

Just made a second trip to this particular Sonic, on West Main. The second trip was because there were three mistakes on our order. We were unaware of the mistakes until we got home. I was treated with complete disrespect by the manager, with no apology, except by one young female employee. The manager told me, through this young employee, that they would not be fixing their mistakes next time. This isn’t the first time there have been mistakes, just the first time there were three. I will not do business there again.

The timeliness and service here is ten million times better than their facilities in Dardanelle and on 4th Street in Russellville. How can you go to Sonic and they not have ice cream? That’s like going to Starbucks and they tell you they don’t have coffee! I digress! The carhop was awesome here and I didn’t get her name.

Very slow. We had to drive around the whole building to find a drive in that worked. Most didn’t. Place is ran down compared to what it used to be. The workers were gossiping to eachother in earshot of customers. They were rude when they couldnt hear me so i spoke louder and they kept pressing the wrong button. I wanted a diet limeade and they pressed everything but that.

I’m not sure why this Sonic has such a low review. I have been there twice and I think it is great. The people were great, the service was great and the place was clean. The food was just like any other Sonic I been to. What more could one ask for.

The food is great, but the speed is less than ideal. Also, at least half of the screens don’t work at the kiosks which means you can’t pay from your car.

Several days ago Card reader wasn’t working, carhop took my debit card inside to run. I got the notification by phone from my bank that transaction cleared. Today 3/20 @ 1:40pm I started getting notifications of Sonic trying to use my debit card info. My card has now been turned off and requests are being declined. I have tried repeatedly to contact management with no luck. Tried to reach a district manager that was in Rsvl today with no luck. They don’t answer the phone at all or pick up then hang up. I guess that tells me all I need to know…….Now here we are on 3/22 Sonic has hit my debit card again…I spoke with a man stating he was the manager at sonic. He says, and I quote….ma’am I don’t know what to tell you

90% of the order stalls don’t work. This is your business? People order from the stall. There is no drive thru. How do you do business? Customers pull in 10 times before they find one that works. It is so annoying. I would be embarrassed to be the owner of this Sonic.
