I ate half of a burger before I realized I was eating RAW meat! I immediately to it to the building, since I picked up In a stall that had no speaker. The girl said, what it looks cooked to oh, maybe it’s a little pink. Me: i assure u that’s gray/pink RAW meat. She: my best cook is here & it’s on a timer. Me: it’s obviously raw. She: really put out acting said well ill hv 2 call my manager. Me: how long will that take? She: well I guess i can give u a $5 card, which she didnt bring?!? Told me 2 go back 2 my car. Disgusting food & poor response. Not even a sorry.

Whoever is working this morning is doing good, our food came out quick and hot. The fries were filled up all the way and the carhop was nice, and the food in the bag was wrapped neatly and placed in the bag neatly. The only issue I had was my sausage on my sandwich was a little salty, but otherwise everything was great!

Food is standard Sonic quality, but not worth the wait. I now know why I was one of 2 cars in the parking lot at 520pm. All I ordered was a #1 Just the sandwich and it took 15 minutes for them to make it and bring it out to me. They were able to send out 5 full meals to cars that pulled in and ordered after me (that weren’t mobile pick ups)

I am sharing this to warn others……. I was sitting waiting for my online order when I witnessed a car hop, a man with a beard, drop an order on the ground coming out of the door. Another car hop, a young girl, was coming around the corner and bent down to pick up the food. She put it back in the bag and the man walked over and delivered the food to the vehicle in the stall. THAT FELL ON THE GROUND. I sat there in complete disbelief. So coincidentally the same girl brought out my order. When I asked her she admitted it. With a smirk on her face. She didn’t care 1 bit about it. I was in shock. I asked for a manager. An assistant came out, then he went in and the GM came out. She apologized but you could tell she wasnt going to do anything about it. As I was driving away, the girl had a smirk on her face. BOTH of those car hops should be fired. I will NEVER go to that sonic again. In my 55 years of life I have never seen anything like that. I did call corporate. Lets see if anything gets done. Just appalling!!!!

(Will not be back.)Hadn’t been to Sonic for a long time. Started getting off at 3:00. Wanted to hit happy hour for cherry lime aides. First time I got Sprite with a hint of cherry. Second time. I got three or four pieces of lime in each drink. No cherry sauce. And the sign wouldn’t take my card. Had to wait for the guy to come back with my card. He said it had been broke for a while.after getting a response from Sonic I tried one more time to get a good cherry limeade. This one was better but overkill on the line and wasteful if I remember in the past there should be no more than two pieces of lime and two cherries. Photos of the two routes 44. Each had four pieces of lime.

I tried the Grillos pickle burger , fries , and drink from Sonic. While intensely pickle-flavored , I wouldn’t order it again, despite its undeniable pickle punch.

Soo umm, yeah I ordered a blue coconut cream slush. Was real good I might add. Well as I was drinking it I felt something in my drink, dug it out and found part of your ice cream machine in my drink. I feel like you need that. Could be wrong what do I know. I sure do hope you all are clean or I might be on the struggle bus later. I tried calling, no one answers. Soo if you cant use your ice cream machine its cause part of it is in my cup. I left a two star due to me feeling grossed out but it was tasty. So brownie points for that.

I wish I could give this place negative stars. This had to be the worst sonic I’ve ever been to and that’s saying something. First off, only car in the drive thru and maybe 2 cars parked. It takes 15 minutes to get my food. Drive thru speaker apparently barely works as well. Finally get my expensive food. I ordered two chili cheese coneys. Mine looked like someone already started eating it and my wife’s hotdog was burnt. Like actually burnt. Pitiful quality for sure. I’d have been faster to drive down moberly and order there and come back and quality couldn’t have been worse. Including pictures to show.
