I am definitely not one to complain, but I have had two separate bad experiences here at this new Sonic location recently. The first I ordered 4 Jr. Bacon Cheeseburgers. I ordered them with no ketchup add extra mayo and extra mustard. There was a small squirt of mustard and half a penny sized bit of mayo on all three. The pickles on all 4 burgers were the butt ends and only 1 had more than a single pickle (2 on that one). The burger patties were cold and extremely old. The bacon was also cold. The second time I ordered 4 6 inch coney dogs add EXTRA pickles. One had 4 pickles. The rest had two. One end of all 4 of the buns was so rock solid my dog wouldn’t eat them.
Beyond the food, both of the carhops were very rude and acted annoyed to do their job. I understand people have bad days, but I work in customer service, and I am a firm believer that personal emotions have nothing to do with your customer service face.
I know it absolutely doesn’t matter to the franchisee or management, but I won’t be going here anymore. Fix it or not. I do not care.

By far the worst Sonic in Paragould. Wait times are way worse than the other two. I ordered ahead one drink and had to wait in the drive thru for over 10 minutes for it. It was clear they had made the drink a while before and let it melt on the counter before I got it. I have never had an experience here that made it on par with the other sonics in Paragould.
