The night crew absolutely stinks. Do not order anything past 5 PM. The ice cream and drinks are fine, but everyone in the kitchen needs to be retrained. Cannot even read orders correctly. The food is wrong EVERY SINGLE TIME I order in the evening. Ths time, they forgot an entire beef patty. Food was clearly old, dry and cold as heck. Fries were soggy, cold and disgusting. Day crew is pretty alright though.

Ordered what was supposed to be a Reeses blast but it was basically Reeses dust over vanilla ice cream. No candy mixed in AT ALL. And it was $5 for a small. I would’ve been better ordering plain vanilla ice cream since it’s cheaper and it’s basically what I got.

The car hop delivered my 1st drink and spilled it all down the inside of my door. It was just over-filled and coming up thru the lid. The 2nd drink didn’t come as we ordered it, missing the Cherry and the 3rd drink was supposed to be a slush. It was 75% water. Overall, not a great experience. I will drive across town to avoid this spot again.

Food is ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. Has been for years now. It’s never cooked right, the drinks are gross. Sodas are flat and never taste how they’re supposed to. Instead of remodeling, they should have been trying to correct the quality of what they are serving to the public.

This is usually the best sonic around to go to but it really failed yesterday (7/13/25). Went for breakfast and got a burrito only to be a few bites in and find a 3” hair right in the middle of it which was pretty easy to decide wasn’t mine since I have a buzz cut. Hit the button to ask for a remake which I didn’t really want at that point. They tried to make it better by giving me two buy one hotdog get one free coupons that had expired at the end of December of 2024 and a pickle air freshener. Might be avoiding this location or at least checking my food for a little while if I come back here.

Kids come to hangout here on the weekends because there’s nothing else for them to do. Sonic managers need to get their panties out of a wad. Unless if there’s danger to one or others, they need to leave these kids alone. Most of the time they do nothing wrong. I’ve personally had the manager come out to my vehicle to tell me to leave, when i was waiting on my food, just because the kids were “outside of their vehicles & they we’re calling the police.” it’s absolutely ridiculous. If anything these kids are what keeps this sonic in business right here! I mean i honestly wouldn’t blame the police department for being tired of being called up here for stupid things when they have better stuff to do! All i’m saying is this sonic either needs new management, or the main manager needs anger issue classes. One night the police told the kids if they’re not going to eat anything then they need to park in the small lot at the back of sonic. Then the next night they tell all of the kids that are parked back there that they need to park in a stall or leave. MAKE UP YOUR MIND MANAGEMENT. I mean seriously, would we rather these kids be somewhere else doing stupid things that can harm them or others? or would we want them in a safe & positive environment. DO BETTER SONIC.
