This McDonald’s is excellent! The app has been having issues for weeks with codes being invalid, even when restarted. The employee was kind and applied a coupon despite the app not allowing the deal—other McDonald’s I’ve been to just refuse and it’s so infuriating because it’s not my fault that the app says the code is invalid. The food was hot and fresh, as well as timely. Coffee is always good at any McDonald’s, but was especially good at this location. And the snack wrap was put together with care and wrapped nicely, not thrown together like every other McDonald’s. 10/10 recommend. Wish I lived in Crestwood.

Gave this location four stars a few years ago. Changing to one star. Last two times we have gotten food from here it has been barely edible. Fries soggy and undercooked, burgers like shoe leather. Not to mention countless getting the order wrong, adding items I didn’t order etc. One would think with prices high the quality would at least be tolerable. Anyway this location has gone in the toilet. Will be making the short drive to Buckner from now on.

Very disappointing service at this McDonald’s.
Waited over 10 minutes in the drive-thru just for two drinks. When I asked for a refund, they only refunded one of the drinks. The manager was rude and dismissive, refusing to listen or help. Extremely slow service — this location needs better management and customer service training.

The only reason I go here is because my kids love McDonald’s. However, this store gets our order wrong about 30 to 40% of the time. They tend to be in a rush and don’t double check that your order is correct. The drive through is super fast but I highly recommend checking your food before you drive off because there is a decent chance it is wrong.
When it is wrong inside, I usually have to stand at the counter for at least 5 minutes to get their attention to let them know the order was wrong.
Management can make a few changes and this McDonald’s could be much better.

The service after lunch, there is horrible. Very little English spoken and they don’t emphasize that the staff must be able to understand the customers. Very long wait times.

Just left here and once again paid 3.00 for a mcflurry and got half a cup. The service is always rushed and rude. If you are expecting to get good food good service for what you pay don’t go here!!!! I have talked with them many times about giving half service. They promise to fix the issue but once again 26.00 later on ice cream and food and i got half full ice creams and half full large fries.

Lobby was closed at 8:45 when its supposed to close at 10pm. Matt would be very upset about one of his stores locking customers out and not making money. The back/loading door was also wide open with a manger talking with a bunch of people, which is a huge safety violation.
