This place has slowed down tremendously, my past few moblie orders are always 15-20mins later than what it’s expected to be ready by. The food is always fresh but there’s no point in using the mobile app if it takes that long to get your order and there is never anyone there when I go to pick up my food. Very annoying

YN taking orders during lunch rush has no type of customer service or etiquette. Kept having to repeat the order to him. Ordered food and waited 15 minutes for burger to be thrown together with a lot of mustard and mayo to where it was cold and sloppy. Ordered smash burger no onion and it had onion on it and our tater tots was cold. Ordered a coke with lime and received a regular coke. This location sucks. Would not recommend

Only one girl was working inside. There were no other customers. The other six we saw were on the drive through side up next to the building smoking cigarettes and pot and on their phones. I ordered sweet tea through the app and it still took at least 20 minutes to get it. I did tip the girl $2 because I saw no one was helping her, but I guess she has to make the tea. The sugar was still in the bottom of the large cup and the tea was cold by then. Maybe just unhappy employees because they had to work on New Year’s Day. I don’t know.

Probably the worst Sonic I’ve ever been to.
Stopped in one night (still an hour before closing) and ordered just a couple of drinks. After waiting 20 minutes, went to the door to inquire what was taking so long. There was another customer there as well doing the same thing about his order.
We both got nothing but attitude from the person that came to the door. Looked like no one was working on any orders but instead attempting to close down (early). Ended up just cancelling my order and getting a refund.
Management needs to SERIOUSLY look into this location’s staff and let some people go. If they don’t, then the same goes for them.
No excuse for that!

If I could leave zero stars I would! This is the worst sonic I’ve ever encountered in my life!! At one point, it had gotten better bc of a new manager and when she left they were back to the basic. Even with them having a new crew, they still suck. Long wait time just to receive cold food, orders always wrong! It’s almost like they are purposely trying to be horrible!! Can’t even depend on having a good experience with even ordering one simple drink through the app! This review is well over due!!! Just go to the one down the street but pls do NOT go to the one across from Walmart on crystal hill!! Especially if you’re on a lunch break or hate wasting time and money!!

I placed a mobile order and after waiting for 40 minutes they brought out the wrong food twice. I finally just asked for a refund. Still waiting to see if they refund or not. It was a $46 order. I do not recommend this sonic.
Edit to add I just called their customer service to make sure I get refunded. After 10 minutes of waiting for someone to answer I finally was able to speak to an agent, at 27 minutes they put me on hold. Then after being on hold for 5 minutes they sent me straight to an automated survey about how satisfied I was with the customer service. Not a good experience at all.

Nice Sonic that has all the items any other Sonic has or offers. The half price drinks are offered through the app all day. It was easy to get in and out of and the service was fast. Not a bad fast food spot.

First off it took forever for them to answer the speaker that should have been my red flag to leave but I wanted to try this location since I always go to the one down the road so I proceeded with my order. My tots were cold like they just been sitting up for a long time. The burger was descent but still didn’t taste fresh. I won’t be back I’ll keep going to the one down the road where my food is fresh and service is fast. I still tipped the carhop cause it’s not her fault the cook or manager whoever is bagging is not making sure the food is fresh. Save your money and don’t go to this location

I had the worst experience at this location. Stopped in for a Smasher burger since it was only a dollar. Also tried the 2 dollar menu to horrible results. First, the smasher burger was thrown all over the place, bacon was burnt and no sauce. The chicken sandwich mini was also severely overcooked also with no sauce. I couldn’t even eat this meal. I really don’t think I’ll ever eat at this location again. Also watched 4 cars get service before me and I was there way before either of them.

Ordered a breakfast burrito, waited a while for it and it was cold. The bacon was burnt and the cheese was not even melted, paid for extra cheese there was hardly any, the egg was cold and it was wrapped terribly. The mozzarella sticks were cold. Worst sonic I have ever been to.
