Worst sonic in the history of Sonics. Orders completely wrong. They gave me a “chilly cheese coney” with only cheese. Asked for mozzarella sticks with marinara. No marinara. Ordered a blue raspberry cream slush, they tried to bring out a plain slush. Also no utensils. I want a refund

The food was old ,cold and hard as rocks!! I couldn’t believe that we will receive something as horrible as what we received! This food should’ve been thrown out hours ago and should’ve never been served to a customer. I called back to the restaurant and they had a very nonchalant attitude . I was told I could bring it back for more food to be made. I declined and said I would bring it back for a full refund!

Weird and inappropriate. Stopped at 8:40pm to get a blast and a Sunday and when they answered their music was BLARING through the headset. And then two girls answered at the same time. We were confused and then they acted like we were weird for our hesitation. They then proceeded to tell us after we said we wanted a blast their “blast machine was down” okay.. so we ordered our Sunday and they said that was down too. We said “oh okay nevermind” and she proceeded to sing “goodbyeeeee”

Wouldn’t even give it one star if I didnt have to. Place is ridiculous. Have deals going on their screen but say they can’t offer that deal cause it’s not valid. Managers is offering false advertisement. Refused to help or give me owner information! Very ridiculous. Even took a picture of the deal on their screen. They refused to sell me the food for that deal.

Where do I start, this has got to be the worst sonic I’ve been to hands down. I’m in the area for work and I said maybe it was just a bad day, the first couple times. However, the last 2 days has convinced me never to return again. Last night I went for a Route44 sweet tea and I literally was the only car in the entire place. It took 17 minutes to get one drink. Then I go there today and order a Sweet tea and a double Cheeseburger. I get home and this burger had enough Mayonnaise and mustard for 15 Hamburgers and I’m not even playing. I couldn’t even finish it, it was f-n ridiculous. I will upload a picture with this review and you can see for yourself…Totally disappointed and gonna have to find a new place for Sweet tea!…if you visit just know you were Warned…
In refrence to “Sonic’s Response” Why would I escalate it anywhere? It’s your problem not mine. I can simply not go back. I hope that this review of your employees inability to put condiments on a burger keeps someone else from getting the same service as I received. I only write honest reviews and I hope enough people see the pictures I posted and your stupid generic response to a real internal issue and say you know what F sonic lets go somewhere else because obviously someone who does what they did to my burger is doing other things to other peoples burgers and I’ll never visit your establishment again. If this stops 1 person from giving you their hard earned money…I’m satisfied. Hopefully it’s many many more that take their business elsewhere to someone that appreciates them even if it’s the sonic in the next town over…✌

Medium size popcorn chicken. The box wasn’t even full. I’ve tried repeatedly to give this location a “do-over” but I’m not happy with my order each time I go. What is different about this location that makes it hard for them to compete with other wonderful locations like Atkins and Perryville?

Very bad!!! Do not recommend!!! The service was horrible. The person giving us our food didn’t tell us the flavor of any of the milkshakes as she handed them to us. The milkshakes were also 50% whip-cream! (as seen in the photo after taking all of the whipped cream out of it) The french fries were also stale! Nothing was good about the food. Please don’t buy food from here.

This sonic is a constant disappointment. Barely 2 strips of bacon on a BLT with only 6 onion rings and soda + 3 chicken strips and tots with a soda for over $20. If you’re charging that much at least make it a meal! The sandwich was terrible too

I never do this, but they missed the bacon off my bacon cheese burger and I tried to let them know, but they immediately said that they were closed.
