The customer service is great. They are accurate, friendly & have great service. That said, the food is overpriced & is poor quality & it’s a drive & order from your car fast food joint. A large iced tea with no extras is over $4+ (example). I can go to the grocery next door or the gas station nearby & get the same size fountain tea for about $2. Unfortunately, Subway is the only other fast food restaurant in the area. I try not to get food or drink from Sonic unless I’m desperate & weather is bad.

I have been going to the Fairfield Bay for over 5 years now. At least every other week and I stop in to get a Supper Sonic Cheeseburger and I will say this Sonic has the best burgers in Arkansas. I have been to so many different sonic restaurants over the years and this place is number one in my book. And I live in Paragould and not one place in all my travels have good burgers hands down. When you have to wipe your face after every bite, that’s a dang good burger. And the staff is always friendly.

Wow! One of the best Sonic’s I’ve ever visited. I had a double cheese smash burger, it was delicious and the groovy fries with groovy sauce was tasty. Stop by I think you’ll enjoy it.

Did an online order thought my drink was supposed to be a large but it came out of medium told the car hop kaitlyn that was supposed to be a large in with an attitude she said the receipt said it’s a medium did not even offer to go and make me a large or anything like that even though I would have paid the difference just turned and walked away with an attitude is she is going to treat her customers like this then she does not need to be working in customer service like that definitely will not be back to this location

Service can be a little slow, but not for lack of trying by staff. They are typically short staffed. Food is fine for fast food. Clean bathrooms. Both stalls and drive through are currently open.

All four orders of tater tots were smashed all four orders of burgers were luke warm at best and had way too much ketchup mayo and lettuce. 2 stars because we at least didn’t have to wait long for our dumpster fire of a lunch.

Apparently yellow caution tape means that they dont have enough workers to tend to cars. Sat in a stall for 15min with a mobile order before they told me what yellow caution tape means. Drive through only. So i get in line at the drive through (5 min). Tell them i have a mobile order. Pull in line and this chick walks out to my car with my order. Literally three times as far as i was in the stall. Wow. Just, wow.
